Prompt response to question about info on the app.

I requsted a new tarif on 17th July, than they put the contract date back to the 7th July. That meant my cancellation time of 14 days was reduced to 4 days. Since I had been a customer for 2 years, they could have advised me in an email that the new tarif would increase my basic fees enormasly. Not good service. Quite disappointed.

Octopus was recommended to us and all through the registration process Lucia was very helpful and answered our questions clearly. Let's see now if the savings promised materialises.First impressions excellent.

They champion themselves as great customer service-my experience has been far from this-no response to any emails. Cancelled 2 bookings to install a new meter without reason or notice- no way to escalate issues to more senior person-too many people involved, information not collated. Really poor experience and will look elsewhere for supply

Lu was very helpful with my enquiry. I already have two accounts with Octopus in UK and wanted to load the Spanish App on my iPhone. However it is now known that it’s not possible to have the two apps on my phone. Lu was very patient in helping me to discover this fact after several rounds of enquiries. Very happy with his/her service. I’m OK using the web system.
