Where to even start?
They make Endesa look like saints! Most expensive, problematic supply - constant prolonged cuts without notification and their averias map always says there is no fault in the area. The absolute worst, rudest, most unprofessional service you could imagine. Why anyone would choose them is honestly beyond me. There are so many cheaper, better options about.

So, to have translation or an option to choose my language on the app via my customer profile, and with future email communications from Iberdrola would be very helpful. Otherwise, I think the product is great

In regards to english, although you can`t switch to english on our app, you can do it through our "Mi Área Cliente" on your profile section.
