Cheaper prices than other places for beard oils, quick delivery

Very unhappy with our customer experience. We bought a few different items from this business. Firstly tiles gave measurements and they calculated requirements! Floor tiles too wall tiles not enough for 2 bathrooms!
Wall paneling not enough and when they ordered more couldn’t get it ! Also took longer for order to arrive than stated when ordering.
But the worst issue was we needed a specific shower tray. They had exactly what we needed on display. Went back a second time with tiler who said it was fine ordered everything and paid . But because order was late arriving we had to put the fitter back a week and weren’t there when shower tray being fitted and it’s the wrong shower tray! Drain on the side not the top!
To add insult to injury after contacting them about error were told we were informed when ordering the tray we needed wasnt available and we got what we ordered and paid for! Very poor and stressful customer service. Would not shop there again.

Amazing service, ordered tiles at 8pm on a Monday evening and they were delivered on Wednesday morning, from Cork to Roscommon! Very well packed and protected for transit. Had an immediate response when I emailed with a query before I ordered online. Very impressed.

It arrived really fast and it was more than 10€ cheaper than 2 other sites I looked at. The towel rail is great .

Would highly recommend it's a totally painless experience. I bought 32m of tiles, delivery was fast and credit really has to be given to whoever packed them, properly stacked with corner protection and wrapped, other tile suppliers should take note, this is how to do it, top class.
