I ordered patio pack with tile merchant and most of the limestone paving slabs came damaged and when I send the photos and videos over to them asking for some sort of compensation they reused and said these are how the stones are but slabs are clearly damaged at the top side and they made excuses and disregard the customer so easily. Not recommend at all to anyone

Product quality is good. Delivery is poor.
The soundproofing panels are great and the quality is as described.
The delivery was very poor, though. The delivery guy left it blocking the entrance door and when I asked him to help me move it to a spot where it wouldn’t block the entrance (which was 3m away…3…) he said no. It was a big pallet with 5 panels and I had to move it myself. Also, one of the panels was damaged. Looked like a transportation dent. I would hesitate buying from here again just to avoid another experience like that.

Regarding the delivery, our delivery process is carried out according to our terms and conditions. Our deliveries are kerbside only, and our drivers are responsible for determining the safest suitable drop-off location based on access, safety and the surrounding conditions at the time of delivery.
Due to the size and weight of our delivery vehicles and the use of HIAB crane equipment, drivers cannot move goods beyond the kerbside delivery point or enter private areas. The driver must also ensure the drop zone is safe, stable and accessible.
We are sorry to hear about the damage to one of the panels. Our customer service team would be happy to review this with you and assist further if you can provide details and images of the damaged item.
We appreciate your feedback regarding the delivery experience and will review this internally with our transport team.

Misinformed Return Policy.
Bought tile adhesive and silver grout from the Coolock store. Before purchasing, I specifically asked the salesperson whether we could return any excess if we bought too much, and he confirmed we could. When we tried to return the unused, unopened adhesive, we were told at the till that they “don’t do returns on anything at all”, a policy that was never mentioned to us at the time of sale, despite directly asking about it beforehand.
Product and staff were fine, but the mismatch between what we were told in-store and what we were later held to is a real problem. If there’s a strict no-returns policy, it needs to be communicated clearly before purchase, not after. Also you can’t be telling customers our policy is online. I CAME INTO the STORE! This should be very BOLD in their STORE! Absolutely scammers when it comes to returning things back.
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS STORE.

Products Shown as Available but Out of Stock
The company advertises products as being in stock on their website, but after you place an order, you find out they're actually out of stock. This is misleading and a complete waste of customers' time.
Because of this, I had to cancel my order. The communication was disappointing, and the whole experience was frustrating from start to finish.
I'm giving them 1 star only because there's no option to give 0. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend buying from them.

Product lovely but service not great at…
Product lovely but service not great at all. In fact not sure I’d buy again. On first instance I went into Deansgrange and no one spoke to me even though the place was empty. Then when I ordered tiles I had to collect in Ballymount and had to wait nearly an hour to bring my tiles and other things out.
On second purchase with Deansgrange, I explained that the tiler couldn’t use the adhesive as seemed to be gone off? When I asked him to speak to the tiler - he hung up on me. In both places they said they couldn’t give me my money back or credit card- even though I couldn’t use it. All round not great service.

Exterior step tiles R111
I researched on line for step tiles and bought what I thought was them. Regrettably I would describe them as paving tiles. With them I bought three edgings which of course doesn’t fit them. I would have assumed whoever was getting them ready for delivery would have spotted that and made contact. In future if I buy again it will have to be in store which is inconvenient. To increase your sales I would suggest that you would also recommend buying the grout which I didn’t do.
