Very disappointed with the customer…
Very disappointed with the customer service I received. I paid good money for a bathroom suite, but the toilet arrived without the internal parts needed to make it functional.
I contacted the company last week and was told the missing parts would be with me on Tuesday. They didn't arrive, and nobody contacted me to explain the delay or keep me updated. I had to ring again myself.
When I called, I was simply told there was a problem with their system and that I should get my plumber to buy the missing parts. I don't think this is acceptable. My plumber should not have to purchase parts that should have been supplied with a toilet I had already paid for.
What was most disappointing was the complete lack of concern or effort to find a solution. I even asked whether they could contact the warehouse directly to arrange for the parts to be sent, but was told no.
I am now left without a functioning toilet because essential parts of my order were not supplied. Mistakes can happen, but good customer service is about taking responsibility, communicating with the customer and putting the problem right. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.

This is a great company and I most of the products I purchased. Great quality, and value for money. I purchased tiles, vanity unit, shower, resin shower tray, and a mirror. I did purchase 2 rimless toilets and would not recommend this, I will be changing these in a few years but all other items were amazing!!! The tiles are beautiful and everyone asks me where I bought them.

STEER CLEAR of these there are no words to describe how bad the service is. They don't deliver items, those they do deliver are incorrectand they just ignore any complaints or requests for correct items to be sent out. If I could give zero stars I would.
