Great service from start to finish with Big Bathroom themselves. Especially there quick chat service on WhatsApp. Always there to guide you and answer any questions.
The only thing that I would give a thumbs down to was the delivery service. It wasn't with Big Bathroom themselves so I wont take away a star from them.
Dascher company deal with Ireland deliveries, and they weren't very punctual. Never showed up on two dates they booked us to deliver

Recycling of timber packaging.
The items arrived on time as advised and in good order, they arrived on a large timber pallet which the delivery person said they would call back to remove as i have no way to dispose of such a large pallet base. Unfortunately they did not return which left me with significant costs to get someone to dispose of the base.

Purchased a toilet bowl that turned to…
I bought a toilet and it was installed, but when the water flows it makes a very loud noise that the whole house can hear. Be careful, they don't want to take back the purchased item, they find different reasons and say that everything is fine and there are no defects. They say that it needs to be checked before installation, but it is impossible to see until you install it.

Communication about my order has been…
Communication about my order has been difficult. The tracking hasn’t worked and I have reached out twice to very nice people on line to fix it but am still waiting. When there is a delay, which of course can happen, some communication from the company would be appreciated as this affects trades people on the job.
After leaving the above review (with 1 star) the company reached out and the difficulty has been resolved, so it moves up!
