I was charged £46.00 for my bag because it was 1 inch too high. The same bag, I might add, that I traveled to Birmingham with and indeed on other flights with Ryanair. I was breathless but the male attendant ( somewhat ironic that his job title is attendant!) showed me no sympathy whatsoever and told me I had two minutes to pay otherwise I would not be able to board or I could leave my bag behind. He was despicable and it is disgusting behaviour. Furthermore, when I boarded the flight after paying £46 there were uptrend empty overhead bins. This type of behaviour should not be allowed
