Great to see a shop with such range.
As a tradesman I can confidently recommend JMR to my clients knowing the products they stock will be to a high quality, which makes my job easier and my clients happy with results.
Also delighted to see such a wide selection of high quality tiling tools available on their website at very competitive prices.

Excellent shop. Customer service second to none. Up Tipp!

Excellent customer service. Super prompt delivery. Item was packaged beautifully. “Up Cork 2025!” On the outside and wrapped in gorgeous paper and red ribbon… unfortunately it didn’t age well and Tipp were triumphant ! Up Tipp. Thanks so much.

Terrible service avoid avoid avoid no review low enough

Terrible service promise next day deliver nothing I called store was promised next day ,still nothing then was told Thursday it is not arrived asked for refund £350. Was then told it would be delivered between 11 and luch time still nothing .telephone requested fall refund .got to store to be told it's out for delivery.I told them to late as it's now gone 12.45 I told them no to late ..not waiting now as I have been fobbed of all week .was told to ring manager yes you guessed it he is not picking up still no refund .PLEASE PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD AVOID AVOID

Hi there. I think this review may be intended for another company. We have no sale that matches yours and no correspondence that matches your description. You mention that you went to our store, but we do not have any store in the UK that you could have visited, as our only store is in the Republic of Ireland. If you do have an order number from us please get in touch with the order number
