Truly an unbelievable experience. We paid for a jacket more than two weeks ago. After digging through their website, I finally found a tracking number which shows that the shipment was announced a week ago, but the courier has still not picked it up.
They are completely ignoring my emails, yet today I received an insolent request to rate them on Trustpilot. So, here is your rating: 1 star, only because 0 is not an option. Return our money immediately or send the goods! Shameful service
