I paid extra for premium delivery and…
I paid extra for premium delivery and when it didn’t arrive within the promised time frame(10th-11th) I was denied a refund unless it didn’t arrive until the 13th even though this was not displayed at checkout. When the photos also hadn’t arrived until the 14th I still had to push for my refund, which was even still only a refund of premium, even though the prints didn’t even arrive until after standard promised. Regardless of this, the prints are nice!

Really easy to use
Really easy to use, importing a whole folder made the process easy. It came within a few days and the photos were great quality. I’ve used them twice now and would use again next time I need photos printing!

Everything received from FreePrints is great and as expected. Christmas ornaments for family were received as expected excepted for 2 items. FreePrints gladly replaced those items. Orders are filled and delivered quickly, great quality.
