0 Stars would be a more accurate, awful quality and even worse customer service
0 Stars would be a more accurate representation of my feelings, 1 Star is too good of a review for the terrible quality of their products, and their customer service is even worse.
My partner purchased the Iwano 2 Uni shoes for me in December 2025. They were chosen as they are marketed as "able to battle the elements" hiking/ trekking shoe. It was in March 2026 that I noticed the rubber outersole of the shoe was starting to peel away slightly. We contacted flower mountain, and they initially offered us £17 refund, as their manufacturing team had reviewed the images and deemed them "not a fault" but wear! (AFTER 3 MONTHS USE!!!...even if this was wear it goes to show how rubbish the quality is they can't even last 3 months with normal wear.) eventually they offered a full refund but since buying the shoes in December the price was increased by roughly £50 and I didn't want to spend even more money replacing the shoes like for like and it was only a small "fault" at this point not impacting the use of the shoe. Therefore, we did settle for the £17 refund and to keep the shoes.
Since then the problem has become significantly worse, the full outersole of the front of the shoe has now debonded and separeated away from the main shoe (on both shoes) which is now 100% clear in my mind it is a manufacturing fault with the shoes and not just "normal wear" and they are not usable. I contacted their customer support team again at the start of July 2026, to report that the issue was now much worse and the full sole was separating from the shoe, worst across the toes, with more photographs and they responded saying "the damage is attributable to normal use". Therefore if you buy these shoes and wear them normally, they won't even last you 6 months according to their own team. For the price of the shoes, and how they are marketed for "all elements" as hiking shoes, these are completely unfit for purpose product and I'd be better wearing a sieve on my foot to keep any water out. They then refused me a full refund as I had previously accepted a partial refund when I reported the first problem with the shoes. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, instead spend less money at a more reputable brand for your hiking/trekking shoes. These shoes are only good to be worn as a fashion shoe (at best) or to sit in your house, not suitable for trekking as they are marketted and being sold as.

Very poor quality for Flower Mountain…
Very poor quality for Flower Mountain Iwano 2 L.E.Bought from behindthepines.eu site on 02 June after the second wear the right foot upper sole unglued . I've informed the seller and also sent pictures.

I have 6 pairs of Flower Mountain sneakers which are all fantastic and I love them all. However I bought a pair of Flower Mountain Hikerdelic hiking shoes a couple of years ago from The Yard Store in Manchester, I have only worn them on very short walks m, nothing long distance, they are literally falling apart which is poor for a so called hiking shoes, I paid a lot of money for these too, the glue at both toe areas is breaking down and the rubber toe caps are falling off. I did contact Flower Mountain directly and their reply was poor, one line response saying not there problem and that I should contact the store to complain. Will not buy any more FMs unfortunately.
Aesthetically pleasing, but functionally it's a no…
The design of the show is aesthetically pleasing and the quality of materials used to construct the shoe is high. The cork footbed is a nice touch; however, they provide little support for your foot, and I feel like I am walking on carpet, not wearing a well constructed sneaker that cost $400.
In addition, they seem to run large. I always buy an 8.5 US, so there is a bit of extra room inside for big socks or swollen feet from long-haul flights. This shoe fit like a 9. I bought 40 because their website says 40 = 8.5. It has always been my experience that 40 was a 9 US, but I thought maybe they had specialised knowledge since it is their product. I wore the shoes, and I was disappointed. Even after a long haul flight, there was extra room in the shoe, so obviously their size guide is wrong, and 40 is not an 8.5; it is a 9. I will not be buying anything else from Flower Mountain due to poor shoe quality (insufficient foot support) and incorrect sizing information provided by their website.
The sneaker reminds me of the Nike knock-offs that China used to churn out many moons ago: looked like a Nike but when you put it on, there was zero foot support, and it felt like you were walking on the ground.

I had a really pleasant experience with their customer service team. After receiving my shoes, I noticed that the lace clasp was damaged when I received the shoes. I sent customer service a picture of the damage and they promptly replaced the shoes and had me send the damaged pair back. They were very helpful and responsive in their emails. Thanks Miriam!!

Nice experience with Flower Montain shoes!
I recently purchased on the online store and chose a pair of Flower Mountain shoes. I honestly couldn’t have made a better choice! The design is stylish and modern, and the combination of fabrics and colors gives the shoes a fresh, energetic, and youthful look.
The ergonomic sole makes every step feel incredibly soft, almost like walking on a cloud. The overall quality is outstanding and clearly superior to many popular sneaker brands among young people.
A special mention goes to the customer service team. I contacted them to get some additional information about my order, and they were extremely kind, professional, and quick to respond.
These shoes, and the whole shopping experience definitely deserve a 5star rating!

sneakers not received
I placed an order for a pair of sneakers at the beginning of February and I still haven't received them.
No one is responding to the contact form on the website, and the tracking number isn't working. Is this store a scam?
I would like to have my money back...

SCAM
I ordered the sneakers more than a month ago. I got the tracking number email and everything, but the sneakers were moving really slowly. I tracked my package until yesterday - today, the link is not working anymore. I never got the package. The customer service is not replying to any of the emails I've sent. Scam! Please do not fall for this scam.

Nice footwear do not order from main website
Ive had a pair of Yamanos for about 3 years and would highly recommend them ordered from Tower of London. However, I would not recommend ordering shoes from Flower Mountain main website. Probably fine if you want to keep the item but not recommended for returns/refunds. Info re returns on the website is super vague, return postage from UK is really expensive, customer service is awful and refunds take far too long!

Terrible grip, slip easily
These shoes may have interesting designs but that's where the positives stop - especially for the cost.
The biggest issue with them is the tread is really bad. I have never had issues with slipping in shoes on wet surfaces - ice, yes, but never just water. It has never occurred to me. Yet I very regularly slip while wearing these shoes whenever it rains. It is dangerous and I genuinely feel unsafe walking in them.
Really awful company
Really awful company. Quality is not good, especially for the money and customer service seems non existent when it comes to complaints.
They obviously have other retailers who sell their sneakers but if anything goes wrong they will only address it if you've purchased from their own website. I complained that the insoles were substandard, asking for a replacement pair for shoes I've only worn since October....the reply was that they're out of stock and If they were in stock I could only buy them if I purchased from their online store. If that doesn't tell you something about the quality I don't know what will!! How can they run out of inner soles unless the demand for replacements is very high.
Never again ....they've lost a customer and a recommender......
Insoles wear out far too quickly. And more…
I have had a pair of these trainers for 6 months. I have worn them about once a week. The insoles are terrible. They have already lost their comfort. I have been trying to communicate with the European distributor. They are impossible to communicate with and only answer the question they think I am asking rather than the one I am asking.
The question I am asking is simple: Does Flower Mountain produce replacement insoles?
The question I am not asking is: can the European distributor send me some replacement insoles? (but they keep replying with): No, the European distributor cannot send me any because they don’t have any.
The second response is not answering the question.
For some reason they are directing me to the retailer. This is mind boggling.
I do not rate these shoes and had I paid £190 for them I would be even more disappointed than I currently am.
Do not buy this brand of shoe, and if you do, prepare to be disappointed in just a few months.
Edit: it tells you everything you need to know what Flower Mountain have taken 5 months to respond. I’m actually grateful as it reminds me to update this review:
In that time I have had further issues with the shoe. The stitching has come loose and unravelled on base of the tongue. This makes the shoe useless and uncomfortable.

The FK Yamano's I got are not only a great comfy fit, but also nice and colorful. I got them on sale, and feel the full price is a bit too high (just like some other brands like Hoff, Piedi Nudi etc, overpriced)
The size is larger, not TTS (get half a size or a full size bigger would be my advice).
Overall I am very happy (although I don't think I would ever buy them at the full price)

Great looking trainers
Great looking trainers, but for the high price there are few niggles which i dont like. Some of the edges of the leather are a bit rough and not cut clean, they are comfortable but not the most comfortable considering the price. I have trainers that cost a lot less like Replay, Sketchers...that are a lot more comfortable.
They size slightly up which isnt a bad thing and would imagine you could fit a size smaller easily.
Overall, happy, look great, just bit expensive in my view.
Terrible experience
Terrible experience. I ordered trainers from FlowerMountain for £200 and was so excited to receive them. When they arrived, they were faulty with a faded logo and some wear as if they were a display pair. The colour was also not as photographed but I liked the trainers anyway. Customer service were friendly and apologised, and asked me to send them back for a new pair. I had to pay £5 to print all the labels and forms (for EU) to return them even though it was not my fault!
I then received a replacement pair which were also faulty with black marks around the back of both shoes!!!!! The black marks wouldn't come off. Customer service then said I have to return them again and want me to pay the price for all the returns labels printing again. It takes a lot of time to go back-and-forth and organise a return, print shop, then to the Royal Mail etc.
It's honestly ridiculous that a £200 pair of shoes comes with such bad quality and service. If you're charging high-end for shoes, the quality and customer service should be high-end too.
The insole got deformed
These sneakers are great, but the insole got deformed after wearing them just 1 month. Unfortunately, the brand’s customer support is disappointing. After a long exchange of messages, they did not offer replacement insoles, refused to look into the batch number even though I provided the receipt, and simply redirected me to the store where I bought the sneakers. Very unfriendly service.
No response from customer service
No response from customer service. Return seems impossible, no refund.

This service and this brand is a scam
This service and this brand is a scam. I ordered their shoes but have mistaken the size. Called them immediately and the support said they can do nothing so I should wait till the order is delivered and than refuse to receive it, which I did. After that - no refund and their telephone number isn't working anymore.
one shoe fell apart
Cool design and comfortable but one shoe fell apart after 2 months and ‘pony’ fur turned bald
Alt for fede sko
Alt for fede sko. Kunne købe mig endnu mere fattig her end jeg allerede har. Elsker deres designs. Købte 3 par fra deres William Morris designs cooperation. Almost too pretty to use! I bought my shoes in Hakodate and they had such friendly service. Thank you!
