I ordered in good faith
I ordered in good faith, seeing multiple uses such as unblocking drains and toilet cleaner. Was charged $118 AUD for 3 tiny packets. There is no foaming up and my toilet is no cleaner than before. Can’t even be bothered trying to unblock my daughter’s drain.
I am pursuing a refund. Don’t bother.

Complete scam! Saw this product advertised on my browser alongside newspaper stories so thought it would be an honourable company... WRONG! Their advert misleadingly wants you to believe they are the only company selling this product and that other companies' product is not as good, I ordered basic 5 sachets of Fizz Clean for £25 then another charge of £47 also appeared on my current account, order must have been sent from China the time it took to arrive, I'm in agreement with all the other negative reviewers about this company and their product. Their advert shows the product being put in a toilet bowl but the bowl appears to be over filled with water to make it seem the product is working as advertised. There's no answer on the UK credit card enquiry phone number given on the thank you card included within the package, please don't deal with this company YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Fizz Clean (exactly the same product) can be purchased far cheaper on other websites such as Amazon, do your research before buying.

I would give this zero stars if I could. You order then get in !n endless loop of adding additional items. The last one you cannot bypass and you get no opportunity to cancel your order before your card is charged. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THE COMPANY. I am now trying to cancel my order and get the charges reversed. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY!

The returns call was handled very quickly.Several offers to part refund rather than me returning the package. I hope a full refund for a product that doesn't work.
It is supposed to foam up and cleah the loo and drains. More fizz in a packet of sherbet.
