Thank you for being responsive but I am stressed because I spent quite a lot (for me)on the fizz clean product and none of the 4 packets worked , there was no foam and they didn’t clean my toilets.

This is a very high quality shoe makers - the shoes I bought are made from the finest leather with great attention to detail and very comfortable. I would recommend . Don’t worry tha they take week or 10 days to get here to the UK , they are worth it .

Fast delivery of an item
That is very hard to source namely a g9 led dimmable which is shorter in length than most others- my chandeliers have very narrow margin and the Philips version too long because of the way light is constructed so this was a lifesaver . Thank you . Mrs White

I ordered from Harrod Horticultural a month on the 5th April. I received an email to say one of the main items I ordered wasn't in stock a week later but that it would be in stock and sent after the 16th April. This date passed, I telephoned and was told that it was now expected on the 30th April. This date passed and I rang again to be told that it would arrive on the 7th May. obviously (although I will say the staff on the phone were courteous and apologetic) customer service and communication means little to this company and furthermore they have not got the decency to inform that they are selling a product which is not in stock and liable to be out for some time. I have cancelled the order. I would think very carefully before buying from them. Its an odd way to treat a customer for a business presumably hoping to build good will and loyalty.

I found the company very easy to deal with , the site very informative and was delighted when my Orla Potatoes arrived a few days after order in perfect condition and look so healthy. They are happily on my windowsill now waiting to chit. I am definitely going to order from Potato House from now on. Thank you for a lovely experience.

Alex and Paul from MySwitch have been phenomenal in helping me sort out my tricky large scale rewiring with advice on what was needed and creating some bespoke dimmers to go alongside the main lot of switches , dimmers . They have been happy to send out last minute ones which I forgot to add on to the main order and all in all I'd like to recommend this company and also may I add that my switches look really good and work perfectly . Well done .
