No thanks, it was fairly quick My first order, so I'll wait and see.

Finally received my product; there were 4 small bags of which felt packed rather hard. Upon opening the first one, I saw that the powder had become solidified and I had to break it apart to use it. I remembered that the appropriate dose was approximately 1 TBS and I dropped approximately that amount into the toilet bowl. there was a slight fizz and then nothing. not any of the extensive foaming I had seen in the advertisement. After 20 minutes I flushed the toilet and saw that the product had no cleaning effect whatsoever on the rather lightly stained toilet, certainly not as good as the liquid gel I have used in the past. I called customer support and they requested pictures and a video which I have submitted. The packages did not look anything like what was shown in the advertisement and the amount provided did not seem at all sufficient for what I paid. Completely unsatisfied and I expect a refund. Thanks for your prompt attention. I'm really disappointed that the product did not work.

Fizz lean, are very easy to deal with. They make everything straightforward and are very efficient with information concerning delivery rtc. I am hoping the product is as efficient as the company itself.

Well after more than 20 emails I’ve still not received my refund. They say I didn’t request a refund within the 30 day window but my emails say otherwise. What a horrible company.

The product is expensive and...useless! It didn't do what it claimed and is NOT to be recommended!
The company offered a partial refund in June, in response to my complaint and have still not refunded in early September. Don't go near this product!

After being in communication with this company since 3rd June I still haven't received my refund. It's amazing how many excuses they come up with!! Realistically I'm not going to get any money back am I? I've challenged them to prove me wrong. Im not holding my breath. Please don't deal with this company.

I did find their purchasing form a bit tricky and ended up being charged and paying for something that I had not ordered. It took a while to receive a reply from them but then, after quite a few emails back and forth with the support team, they ended up by repaying me in full.

Company doesn't deserve even 1 star. My experience started with an extra charge, then the product didn't work at all-no foam and no cleaning. Followed by no refund; I was told repeatedly that one was being processed, but nothing ever arruved Worst company ever. Please don't waste your money, this seems to be a total fraud.

Everything was fine until I got confused with all of the adds for other products you are trying to sell me. I'm confused, by this, making me think I ordered the wrong product.

I was upset and disappointed with the toilet cleaning powder. I ordered 9 packs, and when I used it yesterday for the first time, the pack was not powder; it was solid and hard as a brick! After checking, the remaining 8 packs were also hard bricks. I had to break the pack into pieces, which made it hard to measure a teaspoon. It failed to "fizz", so I poured the entire pack into the toilet and left it overnight. This morning, the toilet looked the same as when I put the Toilet Cleaning "Powder" in. I had great expectations of this product after seeing your demonstration of how well it cleaned.

Nothing has been delivered, so I have wasted my money and have explanation. A total con !!!

Product got wet and and did not foam. They are making me pay to return defective materials for a refund.

Their response said the situation has been rectified immediately. I have not seen additional correspondence from them or a statement that they will credit my account. Not sure what rectified means.

** After several days and escalation of my complaint I was refunded in full on 8-31. A simple emailed photo of the defective product should have sufficed with the customer service agent instead of having to post online and complain to my bank. It is a shame I never got to try the product but given the limited capabilities of their customer support function, I won't reorder.

I received my order and the products did not work. I was charged 196.00 and they told me to keep the products and offered me a refund of £88.55. I was more than happy to send the products back because they were not that good.The customer service just keep sending emails,but but the issue is not dealt with. Unbelievable really.

When I received the Fizzclean product the powder was all clumped together. Nothing happened when I put it in the toilet bowl. I contacted Customer Service and they responded very quickly and said that they were sending a replacement order. This arrived yesterday and I had high hopes as the powder was very free flowing. Unfortunately nothing happened yet again so I have asked for return details to get a refund. I have had a reply the same day but no resolution yet. Fizzclean sent me a link and it brought me here.
Regarding your reply Jenna. As my email to you asking for return details for a refund and your reply contained a link which led me to write this review your reply on here seems a bit nonsensical and possible delaying tactics.

The product did not do what it guaranteed to do . It did not foam up at all . After following the directions exactly it did not work at all it did not remove any stains in the toilet . It is supposed to be an improved product well it’s not . I’m waiting to see how customer service is going to handle the return of this product that is expensive but doesn’t work for the money they are charging . I expected a great product

I ordered the product but was charged and received much more than I wanted. I tried to get a return address so that I could just get my refund but they told me to keep the products and that they would offer me 25% of the money I paid as a refund. I reluctantly accepted this offer as I could see they were never going to give me a return address to send back to. That is 6 weeks ago and I am still waiting for my refund even though when I correspond with them they are always telling me that the refund is still coming but I have my doubts about that.
