Ordered two bundles of cleaning items.they were delivered very quickly.one had a bottle missing.i emailed fabfinds and zoe helped me.the next day the missing bottle was delivered!!who could ask for more?every company should have a zoe.
The goods themselves were as described and very good value.
I will certainly be buying again

Ordered a wind chime hummingbird feeder, came as plastic balls not a wind chime and missing most of the wiring! What a scam not as described at all!

I wish I had read the reviews before I bought this. Utter Scam. Ordered mail polish 16 days ago and paid extra for it to come on next day delivery. Nail polish still not here. Company won't cancel the order and won't give me my money back. Do not use!

UTTER SCAM. PLACED ORDER OVER 10 DAYS AGO. ROYAL MAIL HAVE BEEN EXPECTING IT FOR OVER A WEEK. CONTACTED COMPANY NUMEROUS TIMES OVER THE LAST WEEK AND HAD NO RESPONSE EVEN THOUGH THEY SAY THEY WILL REPLY WITHIN 48 HOURS. OVER 8 EMAILS SENT AND NO REPLY. ASKED FOR REFUND NOW BUT AGAIN NO REPLY. DISGUSTING

Purchased 3 pendant lights. Arrived in super quick time. Well packaged and no damage. Cheaper than the same lights in all high street shops.

I had a very disappointing experience with Fab Finds.
My order was marked as delivered by Evri, but I never received it. The courier claimed it had been left in a "postal room" for my building. The problem is that my building does not have a postal room, and I never selected or authorised a safe place or communal area for my parcel to be left.
When I contacted customer services, they simply replied that "the order was left at the postal room for your building" and stated that it had been delivered, without investigating my concerns or acknowledging that no such postal room exists.
As the retailer, I expected Fab Finds to investigate the issue with their courier rather than simply relying on the delivery scan. Instead, I was left without my order and without a satisfactory resolution.
Based on my experience, customer service was dismissive and failed to take responsibility for resolving a disputed delivery. I would recommend paying by a method that offers strong purchase protection if you choose to order from this company.

I will order again because of the excellent customer service (Zoe), the easy ordering process, and the inexpensive, high-quality products.

Ordered but have not received no email of order number so doubting this is legitimate site

Ordered over 3 weeks ago, never received my item

Item never arrived, customer services said it was with the courier, apparently still with the courier, Luckily I had paid with PayPal and got a refund from them instantly, won't bother with Fabfinds again thankyou

Awful customer service. I paid for X4 of the same product but only received one of them. The invoice had been edited in pen advising me to contact them by email and request a refund. I followed their instructions and contacted the customer services straight away, I also chased up with a second email. A week later I have had NO response! Clearly they take payment for items that are not in stock!

My solar lights never charged up
They refused to help as i had waited for sunlight - which we hadn't had for a while
They stated i hadn't returned within 14 days
I was waiting for the sun to come out!
Dreadful company
They took a week to respond
No contact number

Ordered two lovely decorated gin glasses. They arrived perfectly packed and intact. Good price and pretty glasses (this is the second set I have purchased )

Useless. I ordered 10 balls of wool on the 3rd March. It's the 18th now and after a sketchy back and forth with Fab Finds, they have just told me they can't find my order and have refunded me!
I suspect that they couldn't provide the goods all along, as if they had them, they'd have been posted straight out.
Don't waste your time with this shoddy company. I'll be keeping an eye out for the refund, if it doesn't appear, then rest assured I'll be taking the matter further!

Excellent service found the dog treats I was looking for would definitely use this website again one happy dog

Delivery time is poor dont believe their estimated time and to be honest its not that cheap for poor quality candles

Didn't receive my free gift! It was in my basket when I checked out. Now they say I didn't qualified, scam for costumer to order more! Awoid

Please I know there stuff looks attractive but when things go wrong you will be left feeling angry.
Courier problems but the company just fobs you off.
Honestly please avoid because when it goes wrong, you will be banging your head against the wall.
