Horrific! Should have read the reviews. Should not be operating as a business. SCAMMERS!!!!!

The reviews on here were making me so skeptical, that after ordering I contacted their customer support with some questions, who were helpful and quick to reply, but shipping was exactly as the website stated, I ordered a pair of slouchy boots (considered pre-order products on the site, which are stated to take an extra 2-3 weeks to ship), after that they were very quick to actually deliver. The boots are amazing, with very good quality, and I've been complimented on them every time I've worn them, couldn't recommend it more.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. The sizing is completely inaccurate—the boots were at least two sizes smaller than the advertised size, making them impossible to wear. The customer service was very poor, with little to no communication throughout the process. I also had to wait an unreasonably long time for my order, only to receive a product that didn't match the stated sizing. Overall, the lack of communication, poor customer service, and incorrect sizing made this a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend buying from this company.They dont even let youbpost negative revuew on rheir website

Poor quality and has to pay $36 to ship it directly back to China. Don't trust them.

The website masquerades as an EU-based site and claims in its return policy to offer free returns.

In reality, the company is located in China, and the goods are shipped from there. If customers need to return an item, they must pay the shipping costs for sending it back to China themselves—an expense that is extremely high.

And the goods quality is really bad, even worse than the $10 products in the grocery store.

I received a bag in the wrong color, and the seller has not taken any action to resolve the issue.

It appeared that they were trying to steal my identity. They were recording my voice in a strange way and asking very personal questions. It was very strange. I would not trust this place at all.

DON'T BUY FROM EDYISA. They are a scammy drop-ship company. They say they ship from their London and USA studios - which is a lie. The products come directly from CHINA. They drop ship. Edyisa ignored my multiple emails checking when my boots would be posted. They only responded after I lodged a refund dispute with PayPal. After one month, PayPal refunded my money. I believe the limited reviews on Instagram are fake, and they block every negative review. JUST DON'T DO IT.

I Paid $380AU for 2 pairs of boots. I contacted them after 4 weeks of not receiving them telling them not to send them and to refund my money. They ignored both my emails and sent them out 2 weeks later FROM CHINA. DISCUSTING QUALITY smelt like the strongest most toxic glue the minute I opened the box. When I went to return they pretended their US Warehouse wasn't available and I had to post to China which cost me $80! THEY DON'T HAVE A US WAREHOUSE LIARS!!!! DONT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!

Disgusting quality and when i sent back they didn’t return me the full amount for the shoes saying that they take some part for sending it to me (!) and they didn’t return me anything for postons it to china ( their UK point was not available they said and u and to send it to china )

Refunds are back to their Chinese warehouse. Depending on where you are this could be very costly. The boot was a touch too tight. When I went to return it, it cost $60 AUD. Ridiculous. They claim their UK warehouse is unavailable

Paid a premium for express delivery, and it still has not been shipped 3 days later, cannot comment on quality of the item, however based on other reviews avoid

Empty parcel, dismissive response, and no accountability

Ordered a top from Edyisa. The parcel arrived sealed but completely empty!!! nothing inside except air. We have clear photos showing the package exactly as it was delivered.

She contacted the company immediately with the evidence. The reply she received was a generic copy‑and‑paste message calling her “lovely” and implying she was lying, saying an empty package “would not be possible.” No investigation, no accountability, no named contact person, just a dismissive response to a younger customer asking for help in good faith.

We have now lodged a formal dispute with our bank, who are investigating , and we are reporting this to the ACCC and Fair Trading Victoria. After looking online, we found many similar complaints about empty parcels, non‑delivery, poor‑quality items, and customers being ignored.

Based on our experience and the pattern of reviews, I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

If I could put zero I would.. Absolutely disgusting company I’ll be reporting them as fraudulent. I ordered a pair Off size 8 boots I sized up as I’m normally a seven but I figured because it was with a slight hill. A size up would be better. The shoe has come and it’s clear that it’s a nine that I need for some reason I messaged the company to ask to return the size 8, so that I could purchase a size 9 and they proceeded to tell me if I want to return it. I have to send it back to China and the responsibility of paying for that is on me even though the sizing they put on their website is incorrect. Don’t make your time the customer service is atrocious and very useless people working. I should know I work in hospitality and the service is absolutely disgraceful.

Overpriced fraud. If you really want the product and want to risk it- buy it from temu or shein…. buying fast fashion is one thing, but pretending to be authentic should be illegal.

On my credit card statement, this company comes up as Alexandria Virginia. This company is 100% out of China. The quality is horrible, I repeat they are not based in England. Ordered January 7Th . Supposedly they were shipped January 21 st. Here we are February 25 and still nothing but excuses. Stay away from Edyisa.

I firmly believe most of the 5 star reviews are fake or generated from ties to the company. Please do not buy items from Edyisa. The material of the boots I purchased are like flimsy, unstructured felt and are horribly, cheaply made - something you can buy at a generic mall store for $15. The felt has been adhered to the sole with globs of hot glue and there is absolutely no tread. Its literally bald. You'll be sure to slip if you wear these. The sole is also so thin, you'll be able to feel every pebble and bump when you walk. My boots also arrived with the sole scuffed and peeling. Company stated there's a protective sticker that needs to be peeled off and Ive mentioned multiple times there is nothing like that present. Despite submitting photos and a detailed description to them, the company refuses to provide a prepaid mailing label for me to send back the shoes regardless of the misrepresentation and defects. Do not spend your hard earned money with unethical merchants like this. I've launched a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, written online reviews and filed a formal dispute with my credit card company to recover the funds. The boots are still in the original packaging, unworn, waiting to be sent back with shipping costs covered considering the defective nature of the item. Save your money and buy better quality boots for the money from an ethical source. This is some fly by night, trashy company who manufactures and ships goods from China. They have surface-level influencers pitching their goods for free merch.

It's a scam! I bought some boots on December 8th for almost €150 and they never arrived!!!
