This is the second cruise I booked through E-Travel.ie.
Kim sorted everything out for us including flights and taxi transfers. We had marvellous time on this new Mega cruise ship. Accommodation, food and entertainment etc were of the highest standard.
Thanks Kim will definitely use E-Travel again.

We had a fantastic time on a 7 day caribbean cruise on rashbody of the seas. Etravel was just great,we booked with Kim Lunt who was very good at organising the flights,hotel,and cruise.Kim was very knowledgeable about everything, nothing was any problem, will definitely be booking with them again.

We booked our cruise with Kim who was very informed and was able to answer our many queries prior to travelling.
We enjoyed our cruise immensely. Great fun.

Extremely disappointing experience
We booked a cruise through E-Travel costing over €12k, which was meant to be a special surprise for our children. Unfortunately, the holiday got off to a terrible start.
Our airport transfer was over an hour late, and when the driver finally arrived, we were taken to the wrong cruise port. We were left stranded with all our luggage and had to walk for around 45 minutes in 33°C heat before getting a taxi to the correct port.
When we contacted E-Travel, we were simply told that this “doesn’t usually happen” and to send in our taxi receipt so they could try to refund us.
After spending so much we expected a much higher level of organisation and accountability. The experience completely ruined the surprise we had planned for our children.
We would never use E-Travel again. Extremely poor organisation and very disappointing customer service.

Great travel agent. Have used them a number of times to book cruises and our agent Kim has been so helpful getting us a really good deal but also follows up after the booking with emails to make sure we have done everything we need todo before we get on the ship.

From the first time we contacted David Kinsella @ etravel we knew we were in good hands 🙌. We have done many cruises both sea and river. David has kept us at ease ,totally prompt in his replies and is very knowledgeable on the travel business. Would we recommend this company to any one who wants an expertly arranged holiday with no worries and smooth sailing!

A pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The webpage is easy to navigate and informative. Everything was organised from flights and overnights on land to a great choice of cruises to suit all pockets. I must sincerely thank the company's agent Kim who dealt so promptly and helpfully with every query and issue we had..... a great ambassador for e-travel.

I booked a Christmas Carribean cruise with Kim & she was very helpful with all my back and forth questions & decisions.

Everything was organised from the start of the holiday til the end- Flights, hotels for before & after the cruise, transport to all hotels, cruise port and back and to and from airports which made things very easy. The cruise itself was brilliant & Kim was very helpful guiding us to what would suit our family of 5 best. I would definitely book with them again.

His attention to detail planning and general management of each trip has been exceptional. After initial enquiries online the contact by Glenda was swift, straightforward with all information needed. Any queries I had were answered pretty quick and booking and paying follow up instalments was simple and easy.

Glenda was excellent.....we had a wonderful cruise experience for our family which consisted of elderly parents and very young kids and babies. Glenda made sure that we were on the best cruise package available for us and advised and put us at ease with our many queries as it was our first cruise experience. I have just returned from a cruise on the Celebrity Constellation. My wife and I really enjoyed the ship with all it amenities. The entertainment was excellent and the crew on board were all very helpful and kind. My travel consultant was Glenda Heery from E Travel who arranged everything to perfection.
