Great experience booking and traveling with FTC August 2026. They were helpful and responsive every step of the way, including literally when we were stepping along the way and there was a miscommunication at lodging. This was quickly sorted when I called and was immediately greeted and supported through to the resolution. The hotels were charming and nice, especially Gaudi in Astorga. The hotel locations were right next to the main attractions in the area, which was perfect since we did not want walk more on arrival. Lastly all of the information they provided was informative and clear, from packing lists and training plans, to the walking notes and vouchers with the daily plan. The video orientation was also helpful. We look forward to our next Camino experience with you.

Follow the Camino did all of the logistical thinking for us. The accommodations were varied and comfortable, amenities were all good (a few were WOW! - (Padrón, I will be back!) - meals were plentiful and offered great options. Finding my luggage at the next stop after a rigorous day of walking was such an absolute blessing. From the very beginning stages of my planning / getting in touch with Follow the Camino to the last-minute pre-travel details, everything was truly great. I was seeking a life-changing experience and was blessed to get one, and having all of the necessary plans in place really made all of the difference. I just walked, and contemplated, and let go.

Another great Camino arranged by Follow the Camino, this time from Logrono to Burgos. Accommodations were good to great, and luggage always was waiting for us at the next stop. We appreciated Follow the Camino's frequent communication as our trip approached.

A fine five day walk into Santiago de Compostela. Everything (i.e luggage) showed up on time, accommodations were well-selected and priced, walking plan was just challenging enough to be interesting. We did a different section (San Sebastian to Bilbao) with the same company two years ago and had a similarly great experience.

Happy with the communications pre- and during the Camino! I appreciated the smooth organization, the app with the route, quality of hotels. Everything went very well, will be recommending the company to friends 🙂

I am very happy with the organization of the Follow the Camino. The chosen hotels were excellent, the transportation of luggage was precise and efficient. The app was very helpful with all information I needed to walk the Camino.

This group was the most responsive and helpful of any we contacted. Our trip was great! The only change I would make is to not add the dinner meals where possible. The smaller hotels are not set up well for diet request.

This was my first camino. I was doing it in honor of my wife that passed away suddenly last year. I needed to focus my energy on just doing the camino and not worry about the details. I called and spoke with the agent. She set up an itinerary for me and helped me through the entire process. We had a great trip and experience with Follow the Camino! We would happily use them again for another walk and would recommend to friends. The booking and choice of our hotels were great and bag transfers all worked perfectly.

FTC did an excellent job for the 3 of us in our group. Communication was helpful and always on time. The FT session we had with them was very helpful as well. Every request we made was answered and completed timely. Our luggage was always at our destination when we arrived. We arrived one day at 1:30 and it was already there. My only request for improvement would be getting help with our train and bus transportations to our starting point. The train station in Madrid is very difficult to navigate if you don’t know or can read the language. We missed our train because we were at the wrong boarding gate. We had to get an Uber for a 4-5 hour ride to start our hike the next day.

Absolutely wonderful! The attention to detail was incredible. The app was good, the luggage transfer flawless, the accommodations were great, the booking process was well supported. We plan on doing such a tour again.

Great lodging and absolutely no problems with luggage transfers

Generally very well organised and great back-up with the app etc, the only downside were the two hotels that were rancid.

I had an incredible experience with Follow the Camino. From start to finish, everything was exceptionally well organized, which allowed me to focus on enjoying the journey instead of worrying about logistics.

They handled my accommodations, luggage transfers, transportation, and all the details in between, making the experience seamless and stress-free. Every hotel was ready for my arrival, my luggage was always where it needed to be, and the itinerary was easy to follow.

Although I booked as a solo traveler, I was fortunate to cross paths with one of Follow the Camino's guided groups along the route. Their tour guide, Silvia, was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. Even though I wasn't part of the group, she took the time to answer questions and make sure I had what I needed. That level of care and genuine hospitality really stood out to me.

If you're considering walking the Camino, whether on your own or with a guided group, I highly recommend Follow the Camino. They made the planning effortless and helped create an unforgettable experience.
