The worst customer service I've encountered in many years. They sold me parts that were incompatible with my vehicle, even though their website indicated otherwise. It took me two months to install them, and that's when I realized the mistake. I requested a return, but an arrogant and rude woman named Raquel sent me a response that should embarrass the company and serve as a lesson to other companies on what not to do. Any such mediocre company should not remain active in the market. Not recommended, and they have a lot to learn from companies like Amazon.

Terrible customer service. Not willing to sort out my problem after weeks of trying to resolve. Some items still not delivered.

Terrible customer service and refused a refund on an item sent by mistake. They said it was out of time but I’d been trying to resolve since the day of delivery.
I do not recommend.

I have ordered an item for my car. Everything was perfect apart from delivery. Dhl is a shame, please don't use them. They caused me so much unnecessary stress...

I Ordered from UK for delivery in Spain. I was kept informed throughout the process and package was delivered on time to the correct location. Not always easy in Spain 👍

It's a scam. Under no circumstances do you buy on this page, I have been fighting for a return for two months. They don't give me any information and I think they have no intention of returning my money after sending it everything perfectly with their shipping label and that the carrier confirms to me that I deliver it where they wanted.
I am in legal proceedings with them and managing the corresponding complaint.

Es una estafa. Bajo ninguna circunstancia concepto compréis en esta página, llevo dos meses peleando una devolución. No me dan ninguna información y creo que no tienen intención de devolverme mi dinero tras enviarlo todo perfecto con su etiqueta de envío y que el transportista me confirme que lo entrego donde ellos querían.
Estoy en trámites legales con ellos y gestionando la correspondiente denuncia.

Compre un embrague para un C5 Break 109Cv, encajo a la perfección y su funcionamiento es optimo. Recomendaría la empresa al 100%.

Para mi, mala experiencia, la primera vez que compro aqui y
los 2 neumaticos recibidos estan fabricados en la semana 37 de 2021(DOT 37/21). Mas de 2 años de antiguedad y mostraban signos de estar secos. Nunca mas para mi comprar aqui de nuevo viendo lo recibido.

My first time buying here and for me bad experience due to the 2 tires received are manufactured in week 37 of 2021. (DOT 37/21). More than 2 years old and showed signs of being dry. Never more for me buy here taking it into account.
