Will never order from here again

Will never order from here again. Ordered daughters school shoes weeks ago click and collect to store. Evri says they’re delivered, store say they don’t have them and have been delivered to the range (?!) like a random store would take in parcels for another store.

Emailed customer services, no response, on hold to customer services for 30 minutes then cut off, tried Facebook messenger, no reply so left with no school shoes and out of pocket. Ridiculous!!

Never have Size 4 shoes in stock

This shoe company doesn't appear to understand that Majority of women are size 4-5.

I have waited over two months for size 4 wedges.

They are continuously out of stock in SIZE 4 SANDALS, WEDGES .

Every time I ring,there is never enough stock.

Are Diechmann going to bother to double their stock in SIZE 4 shoes sandals, wedges boots for women ????
