My experience with the shop is truly negative. I faced rude and arrogant staff and therefore recommend to avoid at all cost. After asking some questions about the used bike (priced at €3600) condition and form received a response ”too
many questions for this price of the bike”.
We bought a fairly expensive family bike that I was a little unsure about whether we dared to get. But we saw so much help in this shop that I quickly felt both safe and calm. Then I was impressed by how quickly we got it assembled and then also all the information we received about insurance and the best way to maintain the bike. I have been updating things on the bike since then and am extremely satisfied every time I have left there. Can really recommend the shop.
I have a very positive experience. Excellent advice and assistance in all matters. I bought my first bike in my life. I don't know German unfortunately, but that wasn't a problem. Many staff members speak English.
