The design and the manufacturing of the mattress is excellent and is very comfortable and I being a retired Interior designer/decorator of over 30 years and also having a interior design furnishings store in the Uk would highly recommend this mattress especially as you have one side for summer and the other for winter

I purchased the Sports Ionic New mattress about a year ago. It was supposed to be medium firm, but it is muchsofter than that. It feels like a soft mattress and has been giving me back pains for almost a year now. I had reached out to customer support, and they didn't care as the 30-night trial was over. Anyways would not recommend this company and do not trust their firmness or product descriptions. Now I have to buy a new mattress just after a year.

I am really pleased with the quality of the protector colchón TENCEL Dormideo, size 120x180/190/200. I spent a lot of time researching what to buy online - this is an irregular size not available in a lot of shops. I was searching for a recommended breathable, noiseless waterproof protector for a new mattress. From experience I know that cheaper protectors are often thick, hot, noisy and disappointing.
The Dormideo protector fits my 120x190 mattress perfectly, and the sides are the best quality I have fabric. Light to the touch, I have yet to wash it but I am confident with this purchase. Highly recommended.

After a long wait with no contact the mattress finally arrived, it was worth the wait, very good quality, the materials seem up to the job and so far 3 very good nights, it us a firm mattres so dont expect otherwise but very restfull painfree nights.

I placed an order on May 23rd (ENCOMENDA #DP2026971) and three weeks have already passed without receiving the product.

I have not received any information about the shipping status or the estimated delivery date. I have tried to contact you several times via email, WhatsApp, and Instagram, but I have not received any response through any of these channels! Shame! How can you do business like this?

I find this to be a complete lack of professionalism and customer service. If I do not receive an immediate solution, I will file a claim through my bank and the European Consumer Centre.

I do not recommend this store under any circumstances!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I ordered a mattress and they NEVER DELIVERED it.

Apparently, the delivery man contacted me, which is not true. I am always at home, so I could not miss it. I have sent so many messages to them, and they only partially refunded me, even though it wasn't my fault. This is a real disgrace and not professional at all! they are liars as well as THEY NEVER CAME TO MY HOUSE!Stange enough other customers say the same!

Ordered on a Sunday night for our new house.
Got a message Monday to say the order was despatched and it arrived via Correos express on theTuesday. I was a bit apprehensive after reading some of the reviews with delivery problems,but cant fault it from our experience.
The mattress was wellprotected in transit. Opened and left for 6 hours. Very comfortable, firm but with a lovely soft top layer. Great price and would definitely buy again from them

Similar to many of the reviews below, I had a missed delivery attempt even though I was at home the entire day. I have written to Dormideo many times to try and arrange the delivery or cancel the order and I never receive a response. I am now assuming that I will never get my money back and will need to buy another mattress. Buyer beware!

I wished I had read the terrible reviews, which turn out to have been absolutely right. I’ve been trying to get my mattress for days and days, I keep being told someone will contact me, no one ever did. DO NOT BUY from these people, it’s not a reliable company.
I’ve wasted money and time, and still don’t have my mattress. It’s an absolute disgrace.

It is a pain to return a product to them.
Even if product is new, bag not open and you send it back to by your own, they charge you a comission for return, basically if you return the product they still keep the sales margin.
Go to competitors, they have better products and much better service.
Now you can understand why they sales are so bad.

Pesimo servicio de atencion a cliente.
Cobran por devolver un producto nuevo, con embalaje sin abrir y pagado el transporte, basicamente se quedan con el margen de venta aunque se devuelva o cambie un producto.
Empresa a evitar, hay competidores con mejores productos y mejor servicios.
