Absolutely fantastic 5 star service from ordering to communication to delivery and installation and very good quality. Special thanks to the 2 delivery men who put our beds together, friendly, efficient, very tidy and also showed us how to use the storage beds. Highly recommend.

Order 3127655, placed 31 July 2026. Promised delivery: 7–12 working days.

5 Aug — handed to carrier TAMDIS. The tracking number never worked, not once.
17 Aug — no delivery, carrier unreachable. Maxcolchon's answer: "we can't give you a deadline."
21 Aug — I terminated the contract and demanded a full refund. Maxcolchon accepted in writing the same day, said the refund would take 14 days and that a confirmation would be emailed. That email never arrived.
1 Sep — 32 days after the order: no goods, no refund, no confirmation. New answer: the refund only starts once the carrier returns the goods to them. Meanwhile the carrier turned up trying to deliver an order cancelled 11 days earlier.

They outsource delivery, then hide behind the carrier when it fails. Written commitments are not kept and deadlines are never given. Every date above is documented in the chat history.

Went to the shop in Murcia (Nueva Condomina), the lady there was very helpful and explained everything we needed to know.

The sales staff and the after sales team of Maxcolchon are excellent. My experience with them has been exemplary. Recently, I explained that the mattress I had purchased with them was too hard and not suitable with my arthritis. They were receptive and extremely responsive and changed my mattress within 48hrs. Every aspect of the initial information, discussion, ordering, confirmation of order and organising delivery was performed on a very high level of friendly customer service and ultimately completed with the same service from the two men from Tamdis, who delivered.

From initial greeting in the store, to a follow-up email after delivery, I felt very well supported by the Max Colchon team - specifically Cecilia, who advised me well, asked the right questions, followed up on the delivery details, and ensured I was satisfied. Sleeping on my new mattress feels like floating on a cloud - so very happy with it. Compliments to the delivery guys too, who found my remote house easily, and were in and out in a flash! Would highly recommend Max Colchon and fully deserving of 5 stars.

My mother was looking for a new mattress, having moved into a new apartment, and the team at the Pinatar Park store were extremely helpful and provided great service from start to finish.
During delivery, we had encountered an issue with one of the couriers, and the team (Saray, Laura, Mar and Veronica) went above and beyond to resolve the problem that satisfied our requirements to ensure the mattress was received. Thank you to you all, especially to Saray!

Very nice lady to help you with anything you want to know about their items for sale. Caroline luckily speaks English which helps us who have not mastered spanish yet.

Too little time to try. Most companies offer a full year, but when we asked to exchange an absolutely new product because we changed our minds due to plans to upgrade our home design to a bigger bed, the request was denied. I have no desire to purchase from this company again and do not recommend it to anyone. Very inflexible customer service.

This company is a SCAM, I am SHOCKED.
I ordered a 160*200 matress for 850 euros, by mistake I ordered gemelos instead of regular 160*200, this option is a default, selectable option, I got a notification about my order being sent out 2 days after meaning that they did not have to customize it FOR me, they have ot ready in their warehouses.
We got a 2 piece matress, which was not the expectation, we sent the delivery back, hoping to get a replacement that we wanted to get initially.
When we called them, they told us gemelos could not be returned - WHAT???? as this is a customizeable option, which it's absolutely not, however, if we want to make an exchange, we can pay 100 euros for the transportation. We were shocked at the price and conditions, and the idea of not being able to return the order when we never received/unpacked and used it. Since the mistake we ours, we called back to hear that the transportation costs would cost us 190 euros from a different girl. When we asked her how come the price was different 5 mins after, she said she did not know, since we were initially speaking to her colleague, not to her. After that we got an email that the change would cost us 120 euros. New sum every time - which is a total an complete violation of my rights as of customer and a scam, as the employees do not follow a unique company policy or do not have one. They're just forcing you into buying unpopular products without a chance to change your mind, this is appalling, never again, complete shame and a scam, STAY AWAY!!!

Everything about our experience was great. A friendly, polite and helpful sales assistant, excellent communication about the deliveries which came on time. The delivery staff set everything up and took away the packing material when they left.
