Replacing an old model
Whilst my sister in law was temporarily in a care home, due to 2 falls, we contacted Dolphin to come and check the stairlift in her retirement house. It turns out the Stannah lift, although still working, was made towards the end of the 1980s and installed in her house in 1992! A good advert for Stannah! We decided to purchase a new one and we met Perry on 27 July and placed the order. The new lift was installed on 7 August. The fitter, Gary, arrived on time and completed the work efficiently and quickly. We were very impressed and my sister in law is very happy with the new model. Thank you.

My recent communications to the office
My recent communications to the office to report a problem with my stairlift, (both by email and on the phone), were both easy and quickly responded too by Natalie. The following and subsequent visit to me on the next day by Ben to investigate the problem with my stairlift was also excellent, as he had the spare part needed with him, so that he could replace the faulty part during his visit. Ben was as usual, polite and his knowledgeable regarding the product is excellent. It is nice to deal with a caring company that is customer focused.

Disappointing emergency repair appointment
Though the engineer who came out was great, and efficient, the process to get an emergency appointment was painful. From calling the emergency number and leaving a message to the lack of communication from the office resulting in me being stuck up stairs until 17:00 from 6:00.
Couldn’t fault the engineer who I believe fitted me in even after his shifts had finished but the lack of clarity and communication from the office as to when, or even if they will send some one was disappointing to say the least.

Flow X stairlift just installed...all good
Flow X stairlift just installed. That process was totally satisfactory with great care being taken on what was a hot day. It says a lot about a firm when a lot of their staff have worked for them for many years. Everyone who we dealt with were professional in their approach and a pleasure to deal with. Absolutely no sales pressure. I am confidant that should any tweaks to the stairlift be needed then they will be attended to politely, quickly and efficiently.
A good firm to deal with.

We have just had a platform lift installed by this company. They put us in touch with SW Aid who did a fabulous job at an excellent price for the necessary building work. The company employed to install were also excellent and we cannot recommend Dolphin more as their staff were brilliant and as helpful as could be wanted. We now have safety at a reasonable price. The initial request for a service was made promptly, and although there was a problem, they fitted me in after a cancellation for the repair to be done.
Both engineers were pleasant, considerate and understood my concerns.
