The staff are amazing; there is plenty to do if you want it. The food is excellent.
To send out an email before sailing with a brief overview of what is included i.e. Breakfast/Lunch with wine/Afternoon Tea/Dinner with wine/Evening suppers/Entertainment,
To improve on the announcements; not able to hear when in the noisy environments i.e. Breakfast.

Did not reply to one of my emails. Third email still had an inflated group price Only after a colleague telephoned to question this second quote did we get an offer that we felt was fair.
