Silver wings have literally changed my life. I was diagnosed with asthma over 35 years ago and unfortunately I caught covid in April 2020, prior to the vaccinations and it has had a detrimental effect on my asthma. I have also been diagnosed with osteoarthritis.
I applied on line and was given an appointment. A member of their team, Tony, called me and we completed my form.
He was very patient, friendly and understanding.
He is a credit to Silver wings.
I heard within 6 weeks that I had been successful.
I cannot thank them enough, as my day to day life now is so more manageable and fulfilling.

It is with greatful pleasure that I commend Paige and Tony from Silver Wings for their care and professionalism over the last two weeks.
I was initially contacted by Paige who explained the process precisely and simply. My (many) questions were answered clearly and concisely and with unending patience.
Two follow up phone calls to allow me to consider all points and to discuss the matter with my family , these were facilitated without question.
Today I had a call from Tony. Together he and I completed the epic application form required for Attendance Allowance.
He showed enormous compassion when asking personal questions about my current predicament and the many challenges which are faced here in our home.
Without Tony's reassurance and endeavour I'm not sure I would not have managed the onerous task alone.
My sincere thank you Paige and Tony.
You are quite remarkable and I am truly grateful; regardless of the outcome.
You are an absolute credit to Silver Wings.

Found it a bit off putting that you are issuing invoices before l received notification of attendance allowance I also requested you to ring me last week so I could make a payment as I was finding it impossible to get through at hospital today Wednesday and Thursday I will try again friday

Found silver wings by chance and thank the lucky stars we did they explained application in easy to comprehend terms all sailed through with just over a hour phone call from them to guide us through process although we answered honestly we thought the chances of offered attendance allowance would.nt be feasible but to our amazement all successful...yes we did pay a small percentage to them.. they made our life sweeter all but unexpectedly thank you!!!
