Easy to use service
After I entered the required information, I had a positive response within 24 hours. I was not bombarded by calls or emails unlike other pension finding companies.
The email I received contained contact details and other information that has resulted in finding a lost pension with a substantial amount which i would have never have known had I not used this service. Thank you

Good to be kept informed
Initially my results came back as negative. However some months later I was informed of a match. The policy information was correct and the insurance company said my letters had been returned. So at least I can sort this out and find out why my mail has been going astray. It's good to be kept informed.

Tracked Old Pension
I have been trying to trace an old serps pension for a long time without success and was referred to this site and within 10 minutes I received a positive result and my pension was found, I am over the moon as it’s worth a possible £10-15k, thank you so much 😊

I registered about a month ago just to see if anything would come up. I was pretty confident it wouldn't as I'd already used other services to find lost pensions.
Then I got an email telling me they'd found something.

I didn't think I had any long lost sources of funds but have signed up to see if anything comes back. Initial search shows a company that may have a policy in my name bit not my current address and Gretel provided me with the phone number and my account number.
Fingers crossed when I ring them when they open tomorrow I can update the said company with my details.

Scam! They require extensive personal information, including your address, ID, and photo, but do not allow you to opt out of sharing your data with third parties. After submitting everything, I received zero results.

Receiving no matches does not mean the service is not working. It simply means that no matching records were identified within the data currently shared by participating financial institutions. We're sorry Gretel wasn't able to find a match for you at this time, but that is very different from the service being a scam.
