Never got what was advertised

Everything was great and went smoothly

Good selection of products, quick delivery

Still waiting for complaint regarding absence of free gift when signing up to a subscription to be resolved. Agents keep responding but without dealing with the issue. A £15 credit is not acceptable. Looks like other people were scammed into subscribing. I'm taking this to the Advertising Standards Authority as deceptive advertising/marketing. I remain hopeful that Glossybox will come through and resolve this.

Really like trying new stuff every month. Its a treat to myself, decent stuff in the box too

Excellent quality and variety of products

Love Glossybox. I like the fact it’s a surprise what you get in box and the products are really good quality. Some expensive makeup items and at a very respectable price that you would not get in the shops

Amazing company

Signed up due to a free face palette that was advertised as a welcome gift. Box turned up with no free welcome gift emailed and it’s no longer available. False advertising and really bad first impression of the company, will be cancelling straight away

In breach of DMCCA 2024 rules about cancellation rules. They force you to contact support to cancel subscriptions which is deliberate friction. .

I’m not really impressed with it anymore so I stopped letting them take my money as I’m not being tied into something for 12 months that isn’t worth the money. Got tired of the same repeat products especially lip butters etc. it used to be really great but these days not so much.

Its a scam they said they would send a Natasha d pallet they did not. Its meant to be monthly they now have in the same week took more money and i still waiting on a reply even though they said they would reply with in 24 hours they have not

Glossybox just opened up three subscriptions without my permission so I am reporting them. Unethical company. I contacted Glossybox to cancel my subscription on the 17th of August. They replied with an email not cancelling the subscription ignoring my request. Then in revenge they charged multiple subscriptions on my card. They then charged me three times this month deliberately. I then emailed again on the 5th of September to cancel. When you log into the account it says there is no option. The company has become unethical and not transparent so I will be contacting my bank, making a complaint and using a different company.

Would give a 0 if I could. False advertisement.
The promotional offer was for the first subscription to come with my free male up bag and mystery box. Nethercote of which was received. Upon raising a complaint I am now told they cannot apply this retrospectively.
Obviously will not be continuing my subscription if there is an issue and no resolution with the very first order!

I always buy a glossy box advent calendar every year as they are such good value for money with great products included

Not given the free gift described but old stock from 2025!
