What a scam, they got me! Haha, I live in South Africa, website is so good and has the SA flag and is in ZAR, if you travel a lot like me you will not help it but order these cute looking 'snox' with beautiful colours...until they cannot deliver to you because they cannot find your address in China! I sent several emails for refund since my address cannot be found, no answer. Please do not order, its a scam. If I had read the reviews I would not have ordered, don't be like me.

As soon as my first order arrived, it was clear the quality of the products were sub standard and poorly made. I immediately contacted the company and asked for return details . I asked them to also cancel my additional order if possible . Unfortunately the items arrived a few days later . I haven’t even opened this second parcel! I have reached out to the company multiple times to request return details and a refund.
At first , they tried to fob me off with offers for more socks or a discount on other items. I have reiterated countless times , I want to return and be refunded.
On their website , they advertise a 30 day returns period but in practice they don’t follow this. They are not a fair company and do not follow trading standards. I now am going to initiate a disputed transaction with my payment provider.

As with any other item of clothing online you try it on- unfortunatelythey didnt fit. After several emails where i was asking to initiate a return (as per their website) and several emails of them trying to get me to spend more moneywith them- I was told because I had tried them on- they were not able to accept my return. They were very sneaky in how they did this and absolutely nowhere on website or in the comms was i told this was a condition.

Outrageous scamming company who I will report for sure. Dont buy a single thing from them ( the socks were rubbish cheap quality as well)

I wish I had looked at the reviews first before making a purchase. I took one sock out the pack and just knew there was no way I could get it on my foot let alone on my legs. I explained this to the customer service, requested a refund/return. They couldn't understand my explanation/chose to ignore it. After much back and forth (this has been going on for 2 weeks now) they have told me to post (recorded) return the socks to Poland or to the USA! The postage would be more than the price of the socks themselves. I asked why I can't return them to the returns address on the original package and they are still insisting I send them to two different countries. Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid avoid avoid! They come in shein type bags and I guarantee they cost less than a £1 to even make. Horrific customer service. I will be contacting my bank and they will get my money back!

I gave another chance to their socks. I ended up walking barefoot in the office because they were itchy and and made my feet sweat and left really bad marks on my legs. Not fun at all.... And I am leaving this updated review because they flagged my previous honest review as defamation (claim which was denied by Trust Pilot, because it was an honest review)...good practice and good product for sure (not)!!!

I ordered socks almost 1 month ahead for my trip and they never arrived even they insisted that they have. Called a local customs and post office and they said the tracking number does not even exist.

Customer support has no idea how to help, this company is a complete mess, also uses only AI models on ads.

Terrible quality product for a premium price. I can’t believe I fell for it. Stay far, far away. Once I received the socks and opened them I realised I made a huge mistake. The socks looked and felt awful. Loose threads everywhere, material completely not breathable and scratchy. Couldn’t be further from the description on their website.
Then there was the return process… The customer service kept insisting that everything was fine with the socks and kept offering to send me yet more socks for free for some reason? When I insisted I want to return them they said they won’t cover the cost of postage. And you can only send them back to Poland or USA. So I’m £13.10 out of pocket to send these back.

Please stay away from this company, don’t waste your hard earned money.

These compression socks are of poor quality with barely any compression. They were advertised as being made from bamboo but they are clearly made from polyester. I am now attempting to return these.

I can't say enough good things about Snox's customer service. When my package was misdelivered, they bent over backwards to resolve the problem and send a new one.
Oh, and the socks are pretty terrific too! :)

Delivery took a week, customer service is great but the quality of the socks is below average. It's overpriced Chinese, however comfy and look good, but not proper running socks. I bought them for a trail running race but there is no cushioning at all. If you have wide calves go for the xl/l size. Otherwise it might be too snug.

Shipping is appalling. Says 5-7 days. Can’t contact delivery company. Wouldn’t order again.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Do NOT order from this company. The socks are poor quality. I took one out of the package and could immediately tell they were cheap and scratchy, I requested a return label. They refuse to send me a return label despite me telling them MULITPLE times the socks have not been worn. They are a very dishonest company that makes cheap socks!

Ordered some compression socks and measured accordingly to the sizing description on the website however when attempting to put it on it was evident the sizing on the website is way off. Tried to contact for support however they want to charge me to buy new socks and not take responsibility for their inn acurate descriptions. Customers can easily lie and ive offered to send proof of my leg measurements to prove this. Quality of the socks were also terrible and had no flexibility. If youre looking for good quality socks DONT GO TO SNOX

I ordered some SNOX socks for myself i have been wearing them on flights and long car trips. I rave so much about them that my husband wanted some- he bought a different well-known brand, and he said he felt like his leg was being amputated. I then established from Rose at SNOX that their socks fit men! Problem solved. The socks were ordered, they arrived promptly and fit magnificently. Thank you, SNOX, for an awesome product, and Rose for fantastic service.

Support given to my request on delay of order to South Africa. Even knew delay was at South Africa customs.

Do not buy from this company! Complete joke with terrible customer service and refund policy!

I ordered two pairs of Snox socks and I absolutely love them. Not only do they look great, they really do what they promise – my legs feel so good and much less tired when I wear them.

What impressed me the most, though, was the customer support. I had a few issues because of my own mistakes, and they helped me right away. Everyone I spoke to was super friendly, kind, and genuinely wanted to help. You don’t come across customer service like that very often anymore!

Shipping to Germany was incredibly fast too, and everything arrived without any problems.

Amazing socks, amazing people, and an all-around great experience. Honestly, 5 stars are not enough. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be ordering again!

Warning – Possible Scam!

I had a very disappointing experience with this website. My original order never arrived. When I had to travel, I was told to pay for shipping again so the package could be resent to a friend’s address. I paid the additional shipping costs, but the second shipment never arrived either.

At this point, I have paid for the product and additional shipping, yet neither I nor my friend received anything. Customer support was unable to resolve the issue, and I am left without my money and without the goods I ordered.

Based on my experience, I have serious concerns about the legitimacy of this website. I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious before placing an order here.

I lost my money and never received the products.

Products are high quality and my feet feel much better.. also Rose is very helpful and kind. best service ever!!

The customer service was amazing. Rose assisted me very well and quickly resolved the issue I was having with the socks, as they arrived damaged. She was professional, helpful, and made the whole process easy. I am very satisfied with the support I received.
