Lovely design however;
• Measured my calves correctly tly but socks dont fit well, leave deep marks and my legs look puffy at the end of my shift. Material isnt great causes my feet to really sweat. Overall not impressed and not getting worn.

It's a real scam of really poor quality "compression" socks. It's uncomfortable, not breathable, too tight, poor and cheap material, and it does not fit on my legs (I am 170 cm, 67 kg, healthy, sporty, the largest size still too tight). I am trying to get a refund and send the ordered items back but the customer support just waists my time by continuously asking my experience with the tried socks since 2 weeks.... ridiculous!!!!!!!!

Purchased 5pairs in total .. buy 1 get 1 half price .. then a bundle of 3 .. measured my legs as per company guild lines . Took a little while to come , but that was fine .
The pack of 3 where so slim I knew I wouldn't get them on . One pair was from the plus range, fitter but little on the short side. The other pair was so small couldn't get passed my ankle.
Sent an email following day to ask on advice on returning them ..
Was told I couldn't return the products I'd worn , I had only tried them on, not physically walked in them . But was told no refund would be offered for them .
I was told I could return the pack of 3. Both addresses offered are overseas & it would need to be recorded delivery too at my cost .. mainland recorded delivery is around £6 , so international postage would be at least double that.
The only resolution offered then was to buy more as buy one .. get one half price.
Can't see on the site where it states that if you try them on you Can't return. It does say they offer to take returns if your not satisfied with your purchase.
Wouldn't recommend these products as they are not fit for purpose as size guide is totally off & as you have to pay postage to return iteams you don't want , so its not cost effective. Quality isn't anything special.

Ordered what I thought were some cute compression socks, only to receive the wrong designs. Contacted customer service who agreed to send over a returns label to return them for a refund, only for it to never turn up. When I asked, they said they had decided to issue a replacement instead, without my prior knowledge. When the replacements arrived, while they were the correct design, the colour and quality was significantly different than shown/described online. Light Pinks were actually Swampy Brown, and there was this horrible cheap Polyester feel to them. I reached back out to Customer Service who ignored my comments and stated that if I wanted a refund I would have to pay to return the items to Poland at my own cost. All of which goes against basic consumer law in the UK. Absolutely appalling, wish I had read the reviews and steered clear of them, will definitely not be dealing with them again.

Update: the company tried to report and have the review taken down for being ‘defamatory’, thankfully trustpilot has kept it up, but it just feels dishonest to try and have negative reviews taken down

Asked more than 10 times for a return of unused items as I'd changed my mind and fobbed off with Ai email responses to get out of issuing a return label for refund.

I’d give this company zero stars if I could. Delivery times were twice as long as advised and customer service is horrid. I returned the socks with the form they require you to fill out and they still will not refund my money. Frauds.

UPDATE: after approximately 12 email exchanges and having to track down my shipping tracking number to prove to them that I returned their product, and after reporting them to FTC and BBB, I finally got my refund. I stand by my original review. Do not do business with this company.

SNOX is an amazing place to find GREAT compression socks that truly work, are of great quality, last, and are fun! The Customer Support is wonderful too. Do not hesitate to get several pairs as you will not be disappointed and certainly will go back for more....

Very disappointed with the snox. They’re quite thick but not really compressing my legs which looks bigger at the end of the day wearing them. I have socks marks everywhere on my ankle and on my legs from the socks design.

Fabulous Sox. I bought the wide fit and they are so comfy and roomy. Bought for a long haul flight and I’m sure they will help. Excellent customer care and service as well. Will definitely be ordering more in different patterns.

Excellent Customer Service - all queries answered promptly.
The compression socks have really helped reduce swelling. I originally purchased to wear during flights but I have now found they are excellent at reducing post operative swelling.

The communication with customer support was quick and easy. They are ready to help amd provide solutions to possible issues.

I made a mistake with my order, only ordering one pair instead of two. I contacted Snox and the error was quickly rectified. Very friendly and efficient staff.

Great compression and some nice design choices however the quality isn’t there unfortunately.

I thought I’d try it. Benefit of the doubt but unfortunately I’ve had mine for about 4 months worn 5-6 times and now they have holes in. For £27 a pair (£13 for me as it was bogof) a handful of wears is poor

I would like to add note after receiving reply. I'm already in contact with snox support. They are not helpful. I provided reasons to return products and they were saying per their investigation product is good. Low quality is objective and i couldn't prove strong chemical odor. They didn't provide return label. They offered 25% payback as a showing of goodwill. I sent back package on my cost because i didn't want extend time. It's a dropshipping seller, they make difficult to return products. They don't follow EU law for customers.
It's almost impossible to add reviews about their products.

Do not buy!

They have a very nicely done webpage. Products arrive after a week and then it's not that nice anymore. Socks have a very heavy odor. Socks are not soft like advertised and comparing with photos on page prints are not that pretty

I had a great experience with Snox company . They got in touch to say the Snox that I ordered were out of stock they gave me a couple of choices I could wait for them to come in and they would give me an extra pair for my patients and I could choose what my extra pair could be and I was already getting the offer of buy one get one free . Or the other choice was to pick a different pair and an extra gift but I really wanted the ones I had originally chose so I decided to wait for the ones I wanted plus the offer pair. and the extra pair for my patience . I wasn’t in any hurry for them to come . They arrived today and I’m delighted with them they do what they have to do and look pretty as well . ……………. And no I didn’t get paid for this review like people may think ! I’m one happy customer so thank you SNOX .

Avoid this company!

The customer service team are rude and unhelpful. They come up with any excuse to refuse your refund.

I requested a refund through email and was advised to try some different socks because the ones I ordered were too small. I was then told because I placed another order, my original order was viewed as resolved and I could not return my original order. They asked me if I tried the items on. I said yes and then was told because they were tried on for hygiene reasons they couldn’t be returned. None of these ‘rules’ were stated on website.

Don’t waste your time with this company. I received my order on 25/02/26 and have been back and forth with them trying to get a refund for almost a month. I am now trying to claim this money back through my bank.
