Nice product, poor delivery
We purchased a sofa which is nice and good value. Gonser however has very misleading delivery information. The Gonser website says "Order today, delivered tomorrow!". The sofa of course did not arrive the following day, or the next or the next. Every day for 5 days the shipping said "Out for Delivery", so I waited home for 5 days and it was never delivered. On the 7th day the sofa finally arrived, only for it to be kerbside delivery (which Gonser claim is on their website, in small print somewhere). So if you are unable to accept a kerbside delivery because you live alone or have mobility issues, do not order from this website as you won't be able to move the sofa from the street into your building alone.

Be careful of their return policy
Be careful of their return policy. Company very prominently advertised their 100 days return policy, there is just one trick. You dont receive your money back but only a voucher of their shop.
If I knew this before I would have never ordered here.
In case you are a regular buyer here guess it works for us it created big issues as our order value was high and we dont intent to buy anything else from this website

Absolutely terrible experience!
I ordered a gym product from this website at the end of October, and as of 9th December, it still hasn’t been delivered. No updates, no explanation, and no real customer support. It’s completely unacceptable to make customers wait over a month with zero communication.
Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this website to anyone. Save yourself the headache and order somewhere reliable — this place is a nightmare!

False advertising they don’t do next day delivery
I genuinely cannot understand how a company that state an item is in stock and it is next day delivery but then cannot deliver it next day and then refer you to their T&Cs even though the T&Cs support it be next day delivery. This company should be taken to court and shown their error but if it were not for the fact I am moving country , I would have. Stay away if you want a speedy next day delivery as they falsely advertise and then refer you to what their T&Cs say. They will probably blame the delivery company also. Currently sitting with the delivery company as notification received so the delivery company have not even got the item yet!!! Ironically you don’t expect this from a Swiss company!
Update reply: this is exactly what I mean. It seems there is disconnect between what Gonser believes should happen, what their T&C’s state and what happens. This company does not deliver next day! I order Monday at 11:02, item in stock as available now and stating ‘order today delivery tomorrow’ but instead they deliver Wednesday.

I ordered something urgent for my work
I ordered something urgent for my work, specifically the price was lower than others and it was written "next day delivery ". This was 4 days ago and it is still not delivered. The delivery company (planzer) keeps putting up "in delivery" and then it is not delivered by the afternoon, so I'm stuck waiting. Hey Gonser I have a great suggestion if you cannot guarantee the delivery window how about you write it so? And put "delivery between x-y days"? This is just false advertising. Next time I will use Galaxius who DOES respect the fast delivery date.
EDIT: I changed my rating as despite the problems of delivery I am very happy with the quality-price of the item

Bought an elecrtic car for my son's birthday.
The car came with a defective wire, the car wheels are not working, so basically the car doesnt move..
I have contacted the support team via email, they asked for picture and video, which i gave and said they would come back but nothing.
I have written several emails without answer and unfortunatelly there isnt any client support number, so impossible to call them..
So I received a car which was not working for my 4y son's birthday, paid more than 400 CHF for that defective electric car and there isnt any after-sale service..

Poor service
I ordered several items from Gonser. While some I kept, one item arrived damaged. Despite sending photos and reporting the defect immediately, Gonser refused to refund me and insisted on issuing only a voucher.
The situation became even worse: the pickup for the damaged item never happened as promised, and I had to follow up multiple times. Their communication is slow, repetitive, and never customer-oriented. Instead of solving the problem, they keep referring to their terms and conditions.
This is extremely poor customer service. If a company delivers broken goods, the minimum I would expect is a proper refund to the original payment method. Instead, Gonser leaves customers with no choice but to accept store credit, which destroys trust.
I will not order from Gonser again, and I strongly advise others to read the conditions very carefully before buying. If something arrives damaged, don’t expect helpful or fair treatment.
