I'd give this company 10* if I could! The price was the best around, and the car was great, but what really made this an exceptional experience is the service.
First, I had a huge dilemma: Right before picking up the car, my credit card was compromised and I was unable to put down the hefty deposit a two-week rental required. Berent's team came up with a creative solution that protected us both and enabled me to rent the car until I had my new credit card in hand.
They were professional, sympathetic, and helpful beyond belief.
Returning the car was a snap. I opted for the 10€ cleaning fee -- quite the bargain.
I had purchased my used Fiat from Benecar, Berent's sister company, so I already felt comfortable with the company. My rental experience guarantees I'll continue to be a fan!

BeRent is the most friendly and transparent car rental company I have used in my life
Their honesty and full disclosure of all the extras and what isn't extras was brilliant. Also, there was no hassle or attempt to sell additional insurance. Very smooth digital check-in and check-out.

Simple and hassle-free experience
I had a very positive experience with Berent. From the first contact, the team was always helpful and clear in their communication, which made the whole process very smooth. The vehicle was in excellent condition, clean, and exactly as expected.
I would especially highlight the speed of both pick-up and drop-off, with no unnecessary bureaucracy. There is a genuine care for the customer and attention to detail that really makes a difference.
Without a doubt, a trustworthy company. I will use their services again in the future and highly recommend them.
