Basically I am satisfied with the service, but I think drivers would receive more tips if they would greet customers when entering the car, even thorough they would not speak the Finnish language.... See more

Because of the last ride I had with black Tesla, I didn't see the numbers on the license plates but my mother was feeling very bad and I had to rush and hurry to my home address in Zagreb. It was mister Robert in black TESLA ZG ____KM, and then when we arrived in perfect momentum, he told me, this one is on me.
Mister Robert in Black TESLA
GOD BLESS YOU

I stopped using Bolt in the UK due to the unreliability of their drivers.
I arrived in Budapest last night and didn't have much choice but to use them. I copied and pasted the address from my host into the app, but wasn't certain that it got it right. I talked to the driver, who indicated that he spoke English. I showed him the exact address in the centre of town. He dropped me in a totally unrelated district. It took me 10-15 minutes in a dark street with very little lighting to discover his mistake. Then it cost me another large fare to take me to the right address.
I contacted customer service. Complete waste of time.
I should point out that I pasted the same address into Google maps and Waze and got the right address straight away.
Will never use this "service" again

Rented 6 bikes in Stockholm. 3 out of 6 bikes had technical problems, battery with bad connection (battery didn't work), some parts were missing, very noisy brakes,...
But more importantly we payed for 180 minutes and the bikes stopped/blocked after 110 minutes.
Bye bye Bolt. Never again

They drive well and their cars are clean.

Terrible service and unhelpful customer support. I ordered two rides back-to-back, and after waiting 30 minutes for each with no driver assigned, I had to cancel both and walk to work an hour late. To make matters worse, my money is still on hold/taken, and customer support was completely unhelpful, automated, and ignored the urgency of my situation. This completely jeopardized my job and livelihood. Absolutely unacceptable.

On 17 October, a Bolt driver in Kraków drove away with my suitcase in his trunk. I immediately tried to contact the driver but couldn’t reach him. Bolt support was equally unable to get hold of him, leaving me to take an international flight without my belongings.
Remarkably, a friend managed to track down the driver through a local taxi company using the driver’s ID and number plate available in the Bolt app — something Bolt itself apparently couldn’t do.
What followed was arguably worse. Bolt opened an investigation (case 915707132), provided no updates, and closed it without even notifying me. I only discovered this after repeatedly contacting support.
Despite multiple requests, Bolt has never explained how or why the case was closed or what the investigation established. I was repeatedly told to stop submitting “duplicate tickets” because the matter had supposedly been resolved. Curiously, once I raised the possibility of a consumer protection complaint, Bolt changed its wording from the matter being “resolved” to “is and has been handled.” To make matters worse, there is no clear or transparent procedure for formally escalating such complaints beyond regular customer support.
Almost three weeks later, not a single question has been answered. If Bolt cannot even locate its own driver or properly investigate a missing suitcase, I seriously question how it would respond to an incident involving a passenger’s personal safety.
Absolutely appalling customer service and a complete lack of accountability.

Is there a worst company in the world? Probably not. Their CS team is unbelievably rude. They disconnect chats and don't acknowledge proof send. Why do people continue to give money to these horrible corporations?!?!

Absolutely appalling experience with Bolt. I would strongly advise others to think twice before using this service.
We were charged an additional cleaning fee because a previous passenger had vomited in the vehicle. Despite having nothing to do with us, Bolt took our money and refused to properly investigate who was actually responsible.
I contacted them countless times over the course of a month, only to be met with unhelpful customer service, promises of callbacks that never happened and absolutely no accountability. Eventually, they told us it had been too long to investigate. Convenient!
Essentially, Bolt took our money, wasted our time and then refused to resolve an issue they had repeatedly failed to address.
The driver involved was Jimmy. Keep a close eye on your charges if travelling with him.
**Disgraceful customer service, zero accountability and an absolute waste of time. I certainly won't be using Bolt again.**

This taxi firm is a joke after waiting 11 minutes the driver was one minute awake and cancelled I then waiting a further 7 minutes for bolt to find me another taxi for the same thing to happen another driver cancelled a few minutes in! Once a driver has excepted the job they should’ve be allowed to cancel it

Really really bad service at Khao Sok Thailand. booked in advance at 12:00. At 11:55 the driver calls is 1 hour away and needs more than double the price. We did not accept, they cancelled. After this happened 2 more drivers agreed on the app, demanded more than twice the price and cancelled when they found out we were not going to pay this. Terrible service. Don’t make a price that drivers won’t go for.

After allowing me to change a card transaction to a cash transaction on the App, my card was was also charged.
I have filed a complaint and waiting for a refund.

On November 1st, I booked a Bolt ride in Zagreb for €25.90. After the driver accepted my booking, the displayed fare suddenly increased to €39.90, without any further interaction with my phone. The final charge was €30.90.
I never knowingly agreed to a Priority upgrade or any increase in the original fare.
After repeatedly contacting customer support, I was told that I had “likely accepted” the upgrade accidentally. However, I had not even touched my phone after confirming the original booking.
Despite my requests, Bolt has not provided me with the exact time or action through which I supposedly authorised the higher price.
What makes this experience even more frustrating is the customer support. I received repeated automated responses, and even after speaking with a human representative, my complaint was treated as resolved without satisfactory evidence or explanation.
This is not about the extra €5. It is about a basic consumer principle: customers should be able to knowingly accept or reject the price of a service before being charged.
I find this experience extremely disappointing, and it has seriously damaged my trust in Bolt.

I want my review to be investigated as I believe this is a pattern of behaviour by Bolt or their drivers . I booked a ride to Mercedes Croydon 76-78 Purley Way . On pick up I told the driver where I was going .About a mile to my destination he says my journey has ended and I have to do an add on at an additional cost of almost £10. I refused and called customer support who were most unhelpful and then added £4 to my bill .

Some of the cars in Pattaya and Jomtien area of Thailand are somewhat unroadworthy and too old for public use . Some models are incorrect, I had a Mazda 6 coming to me which turned out to be a Mazda 2 . Driver was friendly and safe but if I had suitcases I would have to of cancelled it.

My first time using Bolt instead of Uber and it was awful tbh. We had an hour to do a short trip from East Midlands Train Station to the Airport. We chose the service and they had no drivers to service the call. Around 15 mins later a driver agree to do it, but he was 15 mins away, after 10 mins the driver said he couldn't collect now due to unforeseen issues. Once again there were no drivers available. So I went to Uber, got a driver with me within 7 minutes and he dropped us off perfectly outside the airport, no hitches. Guess it will just be Uber from now on.
