Ordered a part for a renault and…
Ordered a part for a renault and received a part for a vw polo?! They say not their fault it was listed incorrectly as compatible with my car. I even paid the extra to have it checked before shipping.
I will have to pay shipping which is more than the cost of the part of I want to return it. Terrible way to do business. Lost a customer,happy to pay a bit more locally and have peace of mind.

Driver confirmed delivery point before arriving
The driver called before arriving, to confirm the exact location. This delivery was perfect.
Not the same for the next order (on 178 619 569) we are waiting for, where our phone number has not been added to the tracking information, only the email address. The parcel had attempted delivery on 18 Sept when I was home waiting for it, but the driver couldn't call me. I have had to track down the item - which was sent back to the distribution point on Friday - and have no idea when it is arriving. A bit awkward as I am going to be at work later today and tomorrow morning.

customer service could be much better
Got sent the wrong parts (not matching the product photos and of course not fitting the car). Instead of Autodoc providing a return shipment label like other Parts suppliers, I needed to pay for shipping up front. I tried contacting Autodoc about this but only after writing the first version of this review, they offered some reimbursement for the shipping costs. So now I update this review and will still say that customer service could be much better, not another generic AI chatbot that doesn't help. They always use GLS in Portugal which is the worst of the shipping companies, it would be great to be able to choose from shipping companies on checkout, I would be happy to pay more for GLS Alternatives.

Delivery is terrible
Delivery is terrible, 10 days to Portugal even if you order from Pecasautos.pt. Help is almost zero, no track and trace on parcel. We have a car off the road and the part will take 10/12 days to arrive. Don’t use them if you want a good service. 1/10

This App is not user friendly . The company always send wrong parts . And then you have to pay for the returns . The customer service is a big joke . You cannot even speak to someone it's all AI . When ordering a parts it never accurate .So much head ACH using this APP Stay away don't loose your place having this crappy APP in you life true experience 😭😡
