Glow plugs
They sell you parts they do not have readily available for dispatch, same order cancelled because they didn’t even have the part and didn’t bother letting me know I had to find out myself , reordered dispatch from another location asked about delivery and now it’s 6 days later than promised that’s 2 weeks from original order, pathetic

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with AUTODOC.
I provided my vehicle's VIN number, expecting their experts to recommend the correct spare parts. Unfortunately, despite having all the necessary vehicle information, AUTODOC recommended parts that were not compatible with my car.
The parts had different thread specifications (M12x1.25 instead of M12x1.5), which is a fundamental technical difference. Even after explaining the issue and providing the correct part information, their so-called experts repeatedly insisted that the incorrect parts were 100% compatible.
I spent almost two hours chatting with customer service representatives, explaining the same problem over and over again. Instead of taking responsibility for the incorrect recommendation, I received repetitive answers and no proper solution.
To make matters worse, I had already incurred additional costs, including workshop cancellation fees and shipping expenses, because of this mistake.
What is the point of providing a VIN number and relying on AUTODOC's technical experts if their recommendations cannot be trusted?
I expected professional advice and customer support, but unfortunately, I received neither.
I cannot recommend AUTODOC based on this experience. Customers should not have to pay for mistakes caused by incorrect technical recommendations from the company's own experts.
