From first making contact with Activ8…
From first making contact with Activ8 we received professional and friendly service. First was the visit from a member of the sales team who gave us all relevant information with regards to the solar panels and how they work, and the process of fitting. The next visit was from an engineer to confirm that our building was suitable. On the day of installation the team arrived on time, working away and made sure to clean up after themselves. The team leader made sure that all was working as it should and made sure to explain all about the panels and the app. Every one we encountered were friendly and professional.

Poor communication within Admin/ sales
The installation, was very professional, the engineer was very knowledgeable, nice bunch of guys,work done without any nuisance or stress,and within the time frame.
However the reason for 4 stars is your lack of communication, in your administration team,from your sales person through to your office staff,it leaves a lot to be desired,and nearly led to me cancelling the contract.

The guys putting up the panels where…
The guys putting up the panels where great. They were so fast and even hovered the stairs after. The guy who was measuring made a bit of a mess of what could go where. Other than that it was a brilliant service

Excellent customer support
We had a brilliant experience with Sophia who helped us to reconnect our mobile phone with Eddie and how to schedule the boosting function on my phone. Sophia was very professional and friendly, extremely patient explaining every step very clearly and very kindly repeated information when necessary. Thank you so much Sophia!

Friendly, competent and efficient
We had a very friendly, competent and efficient team with Jimmy. They all worked extremely hard during a spell of very warm weather, tidy, neat and we are happy to be assured of further excellent service if and when required.

Miscommunication at times
The day of installation,no electrician, completion delayed.
A week later,work completed satisfactorily.
Excellent electrician and Co worker.
Supposed to arrive at 12 arrived 8.15.
Better linking up would give the customer more confidence

The first appointment was scheduled for 4th August. On the day, you contacted one of our team to say you had forgotten about the appointment and that the time no longer suited, so we agreed to reschedule.
The second appointment was then arranged for 11th August. On that occasion, you contacted us again to request that the appointment be rescheduled. Our records therefore do not show that our representative failed to attend either appointment.
Regarding the four panels, this recommendation was based on the specifics of your property and, in particular, the available roof space being north-facing. Panel numbers are not the same for every property, as roof orientation, available space and suitability all need to be taken into consideration.
We’re always happy to explain our recommendations and discuss any concerns directly. We just want to ensure the circumstances are represented accurately.

All those involved in the installation were professional, courteous, punctual, clean, tidy and helpful in answering all my questions. They helped me with my solais app and fully explained it to me.
