I am very happy with pvgen i would recommend them to everyone. From the first day Alan called to our home at a time that suited us, a we work full-time. He explained everything on how they work i had priced other company's and was told my roof was to small and facing the wrong and they wanted to ground mount them which would take up alot of our garden. Alan said the roof was fine they could put 12 panels on our roof. He arranged a survey to be done on the house. That was done then it went to be designed and they came up with putting some on the front and back of the house. They were installed yesterday by four lovely lads 2 roofers and 2 electricians. They wear great works arrived at 7.30am in the morning panels installed and working by 4pm the same day. They cleaned up and left everything perfect. I also found the girls in the office very helpful and efficient. Joan in payments was every helpful when it came to the payments lovely lady to talk to.

PV Gen designed and installed our new PV electric system, consisting of 16 panels, battery, inverter and EV charger. The work was outstanding, very professionally installed, and the whole system is working like a charm. They even fixed a couple if roof tiles that were broken before the started. I can highly recommend PV Gen to anybody interested in getting a new PV electric system installed.

Where does one start with this company. PV Generation were recommended to us and from the initial contact to the project completion we could not speak highly enough of them. I’m not going to mention everyone but from our first meeting with Cian who recommended what we required to the day Gearoid commissioned the system the whole process was handled with super efficiency and nothing was a problem to any member of the staff that we were in contact with. Although I was probably a bit apprehensive and pedantic in some of the issues I raised nothing was a problem to them and everything was handled with the greatest of efficiency and courtesy. The installation crew were super efficient and friendly and everything was explained step by step on the day of the installation. As we are a couple over 60 we were apprehensive about doing the installation but now that it’s completed we couldn’t be happier. I simply cannot recommend PV Generation highly enough.

Following multiple delays and failures by this team in relation to communication, responding to questions, emails or phone calls I have just made my final payment. Despite them installing my system incorrectly, being delayed in the installation due to their lack of responsiveness, leaving a mess after the installation and their failure to provide information on aspects of the equipment that other customers had received, having to clean my driveway and footpaths after the install, there was zero understanding or willingness to accept responsibility. I will not be using this company ever again and based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend them.

I recently had a 21-panel solar system with a battery installed by PV Generation, and I'm very happy with the whole experience.

The electrical team came on the first day, followed by the roofing team over the next few days. Both were extremely polite and professional. There were some delays outside their control, but the lads apologised, explained clearly what was causing them, and kept me updated throughout on progress and what was left to do. I really appreciated that level of communication.

Each day they arrived early as promised, and worked late when needed to make sure the job got finished. That was despite my steep roof and a three-storey house, which made it a far from easy install. When they were done, they cleaned up thoroughly and left everything tidy.

The office team were also quick to respond to my emails and paperwork requests.

The system has been running really well since. I'd happily recommend PV Generation to anyone considering solar.

Everything went to plan. What more can you ask for really.

The initial visit from the Rep was very informative. He was available to answer later queries.
The installers very very efficient, clean workers.
When I looked for an earlier installation date, my request was facilitated.

From the initial quotation with Jamie to the installation everything was amazing. All of the guys were so pleasant and courteous and they cleaned up after themselves too which was brilliant

From our initial site visit and survey through to the installation, the entire process was seamless. The installation team were excellent, carrying out the work to a very high standard and leaving everything spotless upon completion. The customer support team was equally impressive, very helpful and responsive. Communication throughout was excellent, with prompt replies from every team member I interacted with. I would have no hesitation in recommending PVGEN to others.

One star because I can't give zero.
I ordered solar panels on 10 Oct last year. To this day, nothing has happened. The only survey done was flying a drone over the roof. I rang the man who came, emailed him, left messages, no reply. Eventually I got him on the phone, he said he would amend the order to include a battery and post it to me, but nothing happened. I texted another man who was very nice but once again, nothing happened and nobody got back to me. Then I texted that man again to say I wasn't sure the roof would support the panels, as the so-called survey didn't take a good look to see that the rafters weren't visible. In fairness he sent out two men who confirmed. I then said I wanted to explore the possibility of panels on the ground, but I am still waiting. I made numerous calls expressing my frustration, called the main office who said they would escalate my order, but nothing happened, and, as usual, no-one got back to me. Now my grant application has expired, so last week I rang (again!) the head office and said I wanted my deposit back. They asked me for my IBAN and said they would get back to me, which they didn't. On Friday €200 was paid into my account, but my deposit was €700. I rang today and was told they were keeping the €500 "because a survey was carried out". That is robbery, I am furious and frustrated, and I wouldn't recommend a company that treats its customers with such contempt. Buyer beware!

PVGen provided an excellent service from start to finish. I will use them again in the future when I'm getting a battery.

The work was carried out quickly and cleanly. Work men were very polite and professional. Very happy with my panels and the reduction in my ESB bill. Would recommend PVG. Sales man John was very helpful and always contactable.

A pleasure to deal with right from the very start. Everyone I dealt with could answer any questions I had and were clearly very knowledgeable about their products and services.
The installation team in particular were fantastic. The work was to a very high standard and they left the site spotless before they left.
The cable run from the panels to the meter was awkward due to the nature of my house but they did a very neat and tidy job with it (previous companies had told me I'd need to do this myself or face a much larger installation charge)
All on all a premium service with professional, knowledgeable staff.

PVGEN installed panels for us a few months ago. The team we were assigned with were a pleasure to have on site. They were friendly, helpful and provided us with so much information. The team of lads were in and out before we knew it. They left their work area immaculate and we are very happy with the quality of their panels and service. Could not recommend this com[any enough

From initial visit and survey to installation work, everything progressed incredibly smoothly and on time. No issue whatsoever since the work was completed. Professional team in every way!

PVGEN Solar are very deserving of my five star review. Their sales representative was extremely helpful and all the stages happened exactly as he had planned. Most importantly their installation crew were excellent. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a solar panel system.

I don’t usually write reviews but I’m a very happy man! Glad I invested in solar, I saw the benefits all summer. We got panels and EV charger installed by PVGEN in late June. The installation crew were very neat and tidy. In and out in a day.
Overall I would recommend PVGEN, from our initial chat with Eddie through the install and app demo. The wife is happy too, so that’s what counts.
