Poor communication within Admin/ sales
The installation, was very professional, the engineer was very knowledgeable, nice bunch of guys,work done without any nuisance or stress,and within the time frame.
However the reason for 4 stars is your lack of communication, in your administration team,from your sales person through to your office staff,it leaves a lot to be desired,and nearly led to me cancelling the contract.
