Beautiful jewellery and helpful customer service

I ordered a personalised locket necklace as a gift for my sister. The locket arrived and looked cheap. There is a large gap as if it doesn’t close properly and rattles when closed. I have email customer service twice with no reply. I will have to contact my bank and I am not happy with the quality & faulty item I have received.

Great products and super helpful and friendly customer service. I brought rings that were the wrong size and it was super easy to exchange them. The products are beautiful and of a high quality for the price point.

BEWARE. This company uses amazing photographs of their products. They look great online but when they arrive they are flimsy and extremely low grade. I would have got a better deal on TEMU

Purchased a necklace & it fell apart, they gave me a credit note ( which expired in a short time). Purchased a sterling silver bracelet which was plated & was told manufacturing fault. Got a different replacement bracelet but didn't look like photo online. So I returned it & exchanged. Received new bracelet & its missing part of extender. Emailed twice to return as I woukd like a refund as im done with this company. Now im being ignored. Its been over a week & replies were usually in a day or 2. Beware their product quality is inconsistent & expensive considering it is costume jewellery.

This company is not transparent about its pricing for delivery. Even when you opt out of insurance and tracking it still adds this to the final cost. Sharp practice. When you query this it then takes days for any customer service response and they completely gaslight you with a non reply to your query about why this cost is still being added! AVOID.

Don’t buy from them! The item never arrived, did a charge back through my bank and they tried to cheekily challenge it. What’s worse it was meant to come within five days and kept saying “it’s on its way” it’s been two months and still not here. Very dodgy!

I ordered three bracelets from this company. They were quite expensive, but I didn’t mind paying the price as they were advertised as high-quality sterling silver pieces.
When the order arrived, one bracelet was missing a gem, and all of them looked far from genuine silver. They were listed as sterling silver, but I could not find a 925 stamp on any of the items, which immediately raised concerns about the authenticity and quality.
I contacted customer service requesting a refund. What followed was a long back-and-forth process where instead of addressing my concerns, they repeatedly pushed store credit as a solution, even after I made it clear I did not want store credit. They initially tried to offer a replacement for the damaged item rather than processing the refund I requested.
After continued correspondence, they finally agreed to accept the return. However, I am now required to pay £17 to return the items myself, and they are also deducting a 10% restocking fee. They stated this fee is to cover “original shipping and handling costs already incurred,” even though I am already paying for the return postage out of my own pocket.
Overall, I am very disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service experience. The combination of misleading product description, difficulty obtaining a refund, and additional charges like return postage and a restocking fee makes the overall experience very frustrating. Based on my experience, I would not purchase from this company again.
