Quick delivery, well packaged and reasonably priced

My TV was delivered Broken, and I sent a complaint that evening, the following day another tv was despatched. I have to say that was exceptional service rendered.

Lovely to deal with & fast delivery. However there was a lot of confusion about our payment so i gave it 4 stars.

I bought a radio, but the signal was poor where I live so I could only get one station on it ,so I brought it back the following day and asked for an alexa instead, which i was told u don't stock, I was told I could only get a credit note, and not my money back, so I still have no radio,just a credit note,but i thought I was entitled to get my money back

We ordered our whole kitchen appliance set from Callaghan's and it was an outstanding experience. I worked with Caolan from the start and he was brilliant. I called in to enquire about a rangemaster dual fuel cooker and a couple of their fridge and dishwasher models. Caolan was knowledgable, and very responsive throughout the selection, payment and delivery processes. I was managing delivery through a rennovation process and so my timeline shifted based on building delays but Caolan was SO helpful in getting things sorted so that nothing was delivered too early, and everything arrived perfectly on time. I honestly probably wont ever look elsewhere for any future electrical or appliance needs bc the experience was so sound.
