Outstanding service from Calor from start to finish. From my first contact with Kenny, through the gas installation and delivery, everything was handled professionally and with great care. Kenny was friendly, helpful and kept me informed throughout, making the whole process straightforward and hassle-free.
They even checked in afterwards to make sure everything was going well, which was a lovely personal touch. A big thank you to Kenny and everyone involved. I couldn’t fault the service and would highly recommend Calor.

Kenny from Calor Gas came out to assess my property for a new gas boiler and tank, and he was absolutely lovely throughout the whole process. Friendly, professional, and clearly knows his job inside out. He explained everything clearly and put me completely at ease. Highly recommend Kenny if you need anyone from Calor Gas.
One small tip for the plumbing side of the job (which is separate from Kenny): make sure you get more than one quote, as prices can vary and it’s worth shopping around

Exceptional Service from Kenny at Calor
We would like to give a special mention to Kenny at Calor for the exceptional service he provided from start to finish.
From his initial contact with us, Kenny made the whole process incredibly easy. He arranged our order, kept everything moving, and personally saw it through every stage to completion. We had very little involvement ourselves because he was always one step ahead, anticipating what needed to happen next and arranging everything on our behalf.
What made the experience even more impressive was that the entire process was handled so efficiently through messaging. Communication was clear, prompt and professional throughout, and we always felt that everything was being taken care of.
Kenny’s attention to detail, initiative and commitment went far beyond what we expected. It is rare to receive this level of personal service, and we genuinely appreciate the effort he put in to make the whole experience completely hassle-free for us.
Today, we wanted to thank Kenny with a small gift, but he very kindly declined and instead asked us to donate the money to charity. In recognition of his kindness, we have donated €100 on his behalf to Donegal Cancer Flights.
A truly exceptional representative and a real credit to Calor. We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Kenny and hope his outstanding customer service is recognised and appreciated.

Calor has been providing excellent service. They supplied two boilers free of charge along with one tank, which really helped me. They also gave me a grace period before starting my billing. Overall, it has been a very positive experience with Calor Gas so far.

The seamless change over from oil to gas
The ease with which everything happened. From initial contact, Kenny was on site within a day. He give me all the information I required and recommended an installer who was on site to check the requirements of the install within a few days. Kenny had the whole process well organised and always checked in to ensure everything was going to plan. Now with everything up and running for a few weeks I am very happy with the system and delighted I choose Calor gas.
