Excellent customer services. The person helping me with my order was very quick to answer emails and was able to quickly provide multiple design options for the item I wanted. My order also arrived a lot faster than I expected which was a plus.

CoolieNation's Newest Frequent Flyer
After another vendor failed me, I frantically looked for another vendor last minute & found CoolieNation. The Customer Service was lightyears ahead of the other company I had been working with- I worked with Liz, specifically, who was so fast & responsive. We went through a couple rounds of proofs to finalize a design & color palette I loved for our bachelorette coozies and she had them approved, printed & at my door the next morning. She never once made it feel inconvenient & actually seemed genuinely happy to assist. Everyone has been asking for their information since I described my experience. I will definitely be ordering here again!

I can put in my design and have it tweeked to what my vision is in a couple of days and Ana makes sure that it happens with a quickness.
