Everything looked terrific
Everything looked terrific. Only thing I noticed is that when I washed the polo shirt, the logo seemed to be wrinkled but the shirt was perfect. Not sure whether one shrinked and not the other, or perhaps my logo had more thread than others. Not a big concern though - overall very happy.

Defective jackets; zero customer supoort
We ordered some jackets but the sleeves are irregular. After Queensboro acknowledged the defect and I asked them to replace them; correspondence went silent. No one reached out to me !!!! I have been ordering from Queensboro for over 10 plus years. What a shame....company headed in the wrong direction.

Excellent quality again. I've never been let down with the quality of embroidery on products. Sometimes I've ordered the wrong size or the product itself wasn't quite what I wanted. But Queensboro has always delivered on their promises.
