High quality, individually wrapped, thoughtfully made, and looks expensive than I paid for. Am beyond thrilled, and will do business with Flashbay again.

They are top notch! They sent two samples of umbrellas and I picked the one I liked. Great product and the logo looks great, arrived on time, would definitely use again for my company.

He didn't say much though. 2nd order for high school 60th year reunion. Used historic school name and mascot, pre-dating 2 other towns' schools merging into ours. Again look great and high quality. Appreciated by the classmates who carry memories of the original school and classmates with whom they graduated. Name personalization a huge plus.

Olivia helped with our needs incredibly. She provided samples reviewed what we were looking for and when we need an adjustment to the design got it back to us right away. The charging blocks we chose came out perfectly and were exactly what we were looking for.

Dovovan was great! He truly went above and beyond. We ordered thermal water bottles as wedding gift to our guest. We received them days before the expected delivery date; which is always a bonus and more exciting. Great quality!
