I had been looking to upgrade my audio set up but was really not sure where to go. I tried a few in store shops however they were all really mid. Once I stumbled across Bloom audio that all changed. I connected with their customer service advisor Marty and the man was extremely helpful. He answered every question I had like it was second nature. Nothing threw him off. Honestly after how I was treated I’ll only buy from Bloom. I felt like I was treated like family rather than just a number in line. Thanks for everything guys you made my year!

I loved the personal touches of the packaging.

While the item I received was not exactly as shown on the website, it functioned properly. It arrived fairly quickly, and was packaged adequately to protect it.

I just added some incredible iems to my new Ibasso player. The service was so wonderful, I'm gonna stick with them. Nothing else really. Just five star equipment, care and customer service all around.

First class shopping experience: instant shipping, a thoughtful note inside the box, and (unlike buying used,) it’s nice having the security of knowing returns for credit is an option. I bought the Thieaudio Origin, so fit is a known issue. Thankfully, they work for me—and sound amazing!! Having the ability to use 3rd party financing opinions makes buying end game units possible for those of us who don’t have $1000 cash. Lastly, Bloom Audio’s blog posts, videos, and reviews really help inform the whole process. At this level of investment, feeling secure about the purchase and getting exceptional service makes all the difference in the world. Highly recommended!

Good customer service very knowledgeable of the products they sell good for recommending products shipping is on point staff is friendly I definitely recommend and support check them you never what you find online with them also I do follow Bloom Audio on you tube that where I get some good info.
