Beware of scams
Beware of scams; after waiting four months for the pending balance to clear, my account was blocked once the merchant approved the transaction. I am disappointed by this experience. You can use coupons without installing the browser extension.

Dear Coupert User,
We're sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how frustrating it must be to wait several months for Cash Back confirmation and then encounter difficulties accessing your account.
We would like to clarify that Cash Back confirmation and account reviews are separate processes. While merchants are responsible for verifying Cash Back transactions, account access and reward eligibility are also subject to Coupert's Terms of Use and applicable program requirements. These processes are assessed independently.
We understand your concerns about the timing of the account restriction you described and take your feedback seriously. As individual account circumstances may differ, we would welcome the opportunity to address your concerns directly.
Please contact our support team at tphelp@coupert.com and mention your Trustpilot review. Our team will be happy to look into your concerns and provide further assistance.
We appreciate you sharing your experience, including your feedback about our browser extension.
Best regards,
Coupert Service Team

Wowzers!
Wow! I was due to get 20% off with the coupon offered on the site.
However! With Courpert! I got £48.44 a further saving on top of the sale price.
I was able to buy an extra jumper with the savings!
Will use again! Thanks Coupert!
