There is absolutely no reason not to use BeFrugal while shopping. They actually pay you to do so. Winner all the way. Try it.

On September 12, I was shopping online for the best deals on a mini bike. During my search, I came across a BeFrugal advertisement promoting **45% cash back at Temu for new shoppers**. I had never used Temu before and honestly didn't expect them to even sell mini bikes, but since I was about to spend around $400 somewhere, I figured it was worth checking out.

I downloaded the Temu app, created a new account, and was surprised to find the exact mini bike I wanted for **$376**.

To make sure I qualified for the cashback, I then signed up for BeFrugal, clicked through their Temu offer, and was redirected to the Temu website in a new browser window. I signed into my Temu account, searched for the mini bike, added it to my cart, and proceeded to checkout.

For some reason, my credit card was declined, and Temu suggested I use PayPal instead. I selected PayPal, which opened another window, completed the payment, and redirected me back. After everything was finished, I returned to BeFrugal, where it confirmed that my shopping trip had been tracked and stated that my cashback should appear the next day.

The next day, nothing showed up, so I opened a support ticket.

The following day, customer service responded and said they were going to credit my account **$22 temporarily** while they investigated the purchase. That was on September 12.

Today is October 30, and instead of receiving the cashback that was advertised, the temporary $22 credit has actually been reduced to **$12**. Based on the promotion that convinced me to use BeFrugal in the first place, I should have received around **$100** in cashback. I provided every document they requested, including proof of purchase, but they still found a way to deny most of the cashback.

This was my first experience using BeFrugal, and unfortunately it left a bad impression. If you're looking for a cashback platform, I'd recommend sticking with **Coupert**, which has been much more reliable in my experience.

So far, so good. I did not realize I had a payout in my account. Did not realize I could have received cash, instead opted for Visa gift card. I just did that , having to wait a day to see if it went through. Will update if possible. Website seems fairly easy to navigate, and I am way over 70 years old.

Cash back is legitimate, and the rates often beat their competitors. Requesting a payout is quick and easy.

For the most part this is a GREAT App. u just have to make sure the pig pops up when shopping or u DONT get your $$$

BeFrugal is my absolute go to for online cashback! They give me the most money back for shopping for items I buy online. I've been using BeFugal for 6 years. I just got back a much needed $95.48!

I have done many reviews and I thought this company was honest and gave them a good review last time,but they are not honest at all.I didnt do surveys for around 4 days and came back to minus 303 points and complained about it.be no one could help me.Then the next day it said.minus1,137 and today it was 1,593.They also took points off the gift card I was getting.I checked the page where you do surveys and it said they took off 11 surveys.They are not honest and are stealing data for free and they havnt payed me for shopping on many items.Dont believe them,they are horrible people that expect you to do surveys for hardly nothing,

I love Befrugal and I love to do my shopping and rebates with them. I just starting using their cash back option to do all my online shopping! It's nice that they have different ways available to reward us for our shopping!

Unresolved Cash Back Claim After 3-Month Delay

On Oct 17, 2025, I contacted BeFrugal support regarding missing Cash Back ($59.51 at 12%) for a $495.94 order placed through ContactsDirect. The shopping trip was tracked in my account on the day of purchase, and the order was neither returned nor canceled.

Despite providing all necessary details, it took over three months of investigation before my cash back was ultimately denied on Jan 21, 2026. The process was frustratingly slow, and the eventual denial for a verified purchase was disappointing.

I have used many different cashback sites/tools over the years and BeFrugal has always remained one of my most preferred. They sometimes don't have the highest % cashback, but they have always recognized the shopping trips and fixed any issues promptly. Their customer support is easy to contact and quick to respond. They also sometimes have cashback for sites that no one else has. Additionally, their terms and limitations on cashback are very transparent and esy to review.

BeFrugal has been easy and rewarding. I recommend it to everyone is likes discounts, rewards, rebates.

This website is very easy to use. I have always found very good value .

I've been using BeFrugal for years. To date I have got over 5K in cash back. I starting using when we were doing home remodel. Believe in them, they do pay you and save you money if you make the effort to login each time and check for cash back opportunities. Thanks BeFrugal!

They will let you fill up the payout and say you will receive it within 2 days; after that, the next day you will not be able to open your account until it is locked,

so far,so good.i have had nothing but a good experience with be frugal in all the years of dealings! give em a chance and you won't be disappointed,i'm sure!!!
