I bought an LG TV from retailer and soundbar from LG website. Wowcast doesn'twork, their support in not knowledgeable about their product and kept pushing you to buy a dongle. Lol tv is much smarter to tell them that dongle is not required. OMG. This makes more sense to me now. Their support is the worst. The agent is so bad and doesn't understand the word I am telling her. 🤣 If I known this. I wouldn't buy from LG. Stay away from this company, I thought they have a good reputation which I was wrong. I am returning both item and will go different brands.

I received a delivery that I ordered from one of the retailers.its an OLED C5 77". they wont call or text you for your delivery and even on the retail website, it only says processing. When tmit arrives, they're flipping the tv like its not fragile, they had to put it sideways due to barcode at the bottom of the box. The delivery guys said even on the warehouse they do that. Fingerscrossed my tv will last for a year. Omg.

Great service. They call an hour upon arrival and kept me updated if there's delay. Well recommended.

I have never seen my number showed up on the list. I tried once and not gonna do it again. I bet on tech bundle and before the buying of ticket closes. I don’t see people buy all those tickets which 62 thousands. But when they started to draw. They draw all 62thousands. Who are the rest of the players then? random names from google? I edited the live video and make it very slow to see my numbers on the list at least. But I never seen them. Well, good luck people.
