Refund at last.
Well finally after 30 days we got our refund. So what is the secret to dealing with Rathwood. DON'T. Why they treat customers like this I can not fathom. I still see people waiting for refunds so what is my advice. Just keep pestering them. Dont bother ringing the extension for your item or you will be put through to the Phillippines. Ask to be put through to the cafe and when they answer ask to be transferred to the accounts dept. So Bye Bye Aimee the computer and your pious asperations and how sorry you are. Rathwood you should be ashamed of yourselves with the stress you cause people. Shame on you.
Oh yes I nearly forgot. Only for Trust Pilot we would not have got our refund. Pity more people don't use it before they buy. Thank you again Trust Pilor.

WOW. What service
WOW. 28 days and still no refund. I am supposed to be delighted that Aimee the computer has sent my complaint to where ever for kind consideration. Bottom line. Nobody in Rathwood gives a toss.
So lets see how long it takes tham to do a Visa Credit.

What a SHAM. Be Warned.
Purchased logs August 8th. for October delivery and paid a 175 euro deposit. However after reading the Irish Times artical and the litany of dissopointed customers we cancelled this order on August 12th and requested a refund. after a series of phone calls and emails still no refund to date. No chance of speaking to a manager (if they have one) as query calls all go to a call centre in the Philippines. I can not understand why this company is run in such a shoddy way. Maybe its time for the Fraud Squad . It is illigal to take peoples hard earned money like this. Please don't send me another polite reply just credit my Visa
