buy a bbq at April. But don't have and still waiting for my money back
They sold the goods without having them in stock. No information. After a week, I called and it turns out they don't have them, and the refund takes up to three months. Today, I have to wait for a court hearing for neither money nor goods. Maybe I'll get my money back. Rubbish. No good review. The lack of goods should have been a refund, not a waiting list.

The ear piercing lady in A***** may be trying to be nice but her looks scare the kids. The 2nd person is nice and willing to help and the child was happy. I think that a company, when hiring a person, should also pay attention to appearance and courtesy.
